The Rat Beast bolted out from the spot to attack. It moved forward like a shooting star. Jeremy's eyes never left the beast.
Under his gaze, the speed of the beast was fast, but not difficult to observe. His eyes locked onto its weakness.
He wanted to sever the blood vessels. So, he stood in the same spot with his katana blade pointing downward, ready to cut down the blood vessels.
Swoosh!
In a flash, the Blood Rat appeared in front of him. Just as the Rat Beast's deadly claws were about to hit him, his feet moved. His body shifted at the right moment to avoid the blow.
The claws cut through the air. The sound of air whizzed past his ear. Right at that moment, Jeremy Night's eyes flickered. His blade flashed before driving deep into the neck.
Pfff!
This all happened within seconds.
Boom!
The next second, Jeremy felt a sense of crisis. An overwhelming aura came from the beast. He withdrew the blade and retreated.
