This is to inform readers, that I have no writing experience. This is an attempt by a noob fiction writer. The chapters will be short, compared to other novels on this site/app. There will be very little direction as to where the story goes, this is more of a reader takes the lead type deal. The more readers, the better the book I say. This note will also tell you readers a little about the main cast, and yes this will have common fantasy tropes, yes there will be romance, but as to who will be up to the readers. That includes harems if you wish. Yes, there will be magic, dragons, other fantasy creatures. This novel will also have the common "System" trope, where the characters are users, and they all have a status screen. Will there be a backstory as to why? Maybe, as I said earlier, I am a noob. So, let's start with the characters we shall see in the first 5 chapters, specifically. (Easier for me the author to remember who is who and why).
Cedric - The main character. A cis male human abandoned by his family and somehow survived living in the woods for 20 years. He's a farmer trying to farm in the worst area to farm, a mountain. He's pretty strong, has no contact with any sentient being, and the only reason why he speaks is because of the system.
Elaine - Our favorite fantasy being, an elf. Pretty as elves come, and smart to boot, this elf comes from the main forest of the Elves, the forest will be named in a later chapter. Elaine is not royalty as the usual trope seems to go, but a commoner amongst the Elves. And she is half wood elf and half high elf too, (Yes yes common trope, isnt that why you're here?). Sarcastic to a fault, but very loyal, she may or may not be our main characters love interest. That is up to you readers.
Seven - This character is a... well... even I don't know. Not transgender, but not any gender. And no, the name has naught to do with Stark Trek, I swear. Its a name the character gave themself. They are... a creature. Look, mate, I'm the author, if I havent a clue what the heck the character even is, you haven't a chance. Seven came from the forbidden territory, that's all my brain came up with.
Granik - Whats a good fantasy story without a sturdy dwarf? Granik is that dwarf. He sucks at smithing, eats all day, drinks all night and is one lazy b-.... probably should leave it at that, yeah?
Tenshrin - The great golden dragon. Need I say more? Yes? Wow, greedy aren't you readers? Fine. He's a male dragon with golden scales, a massive hoard, and about four hundred thousand children. Hes about sixty thousand years old, older than most old elves, and is actually very generous, donates his gold often to poor villages in exchange for food. He's a dragon, he realized long ago he has no use for all the gold he sits on. And his breath? It isnt fire, but gold. He breathes molten gold. So he uses it to make more gold bars or coins. Is he op? Yes. Will he be nerfed or killed? Not a chance.
Ok, these characters will show up for the first five chapters. They may show later. Maybe not. Except Cedric. Hes the center. Of this. The story. He stays. Ok cool. Now, there will be short chapters, no clear direction for the story, a chance if romance, and likely an idiot being turned into a gold statue for messing with the wrong dragon.
