Javier waited in the courtyard with Kayra, her butler, and her escort, along with Liana, Gloria, Felicia, Mimi, and Delya, who were already excited.
"Cuquawked!!"
Buddy came sprinting toward him, followed by the other Pekko.
"Oh, Buddy!" Javier grinned.
The large bird hopped in place, circling Javier in eager, bounding loops.
"Cuquawked!!"
"Yeah, yeah! We're heading out today. I know you're bored~"

"You remember the Armand Naval Base, right?"
"Cuquawked?" Buddy tilted his head.
"Yeah, I want you to run there with Pikko and the others. We'll meet there."
"Cuquawked!!" Buddy stomped his talon on the ground.
"What? I'm flying there with the mana helicopter and the others," Javier said, gesturing toward his group.
"Cuquawked!!!" Buddy's feathers ruffled in clear protest.
"Aw, come on… don't sulk like that. I really want to ride you, but they don't really want to ride the Pekko-drawn carriage again."
