THEY were happy, and she wasn't in the picture. They abandoned her for all those miserable years of her life and nobody bothered to question her death.
She had decided to forgive all their past mistakes but now they not only gave her husband and son to a cheap sl*t ,they support and are happy with that prost***te.As her thoughts spiraled in her head ,she panted .
Catherine bit her nails nervously, then she grabbed her phone from the bed , then dialed her dealer's number.
"Hello,Gonzo. I need the usual, I'm sick to the stomach... you got any connections in Ohio?- " She caught her reflection in the mirror, her hair was a horrible mess, she smoothened it aggressively.
"-Ugh...what i have here with me is not enough to wash my system clean " She muttered to herself.
"Aye...keep calm Caramija... You're in luck, ol' Gonzo got business in Ohio next week but Gonzo be there Sunday for you, mi sweet." A rugged voice came from the other end of the line.
Catherine smiled sweetly....
"I might not have enough money for the blues"
"Aye...Gonzo cover that. Blues free for you ,Caramija "
"See you Sunday Gony boy...love ya "
She disconnected the call.
"Pathetic loser" She bent to reach for her bag, the plopped down on the bed.
She put her hand into the small space of her bag when she kept the laced blue gummies, but didn't find them.
Nothing was going her way, she thought as she headed to the bathroom to freshen up and go downstairs for dinner.

Gina had been down since Catherine came to the house...to be fair , everybody has been down and literally everything is up especially blood pressure and heart rate.
May my heart not fail or faint before this wedding ends..
Jonathan watched his lovely,bubbly bunny of a wife look old overnight. He sat beside her and held her hand in his.
"What's wrong my love?"
"It's obvious isn't it?.... everything that's been happening lately is too much for me to handle" She let out a weak and small laugh
"C'mon,talk to me darling "
"I can't help but think that... we're bad parents,cause um-" She swallowed and failed woefully at blinking away tears.
"-i think about Nolan everyday. I know i know,by God, he probably deserves what happened to him ,he did so many bad things .... but i can't help but love my boy. He didn't have to go like that,i wish i noticed that side of him when he was growing up" She buried her face in her palm.
Jonathan patted her back gently.
"Was i too occupied with high society nonsense that i failed to notice my own kids breaking and falling apart. Trying to kill and use each other. When Nolan was given to me from our maid when our baby boy died,i hated him....why did the child of a mere slave have to live while mine died.....what right did she have to give her baby to me?.Maybe i was wicked to him because i was blinded by the hatred i thought i had let go of..... I'm going to hell, Jo. i failed as a sister, a wife and a mother"
"You didn't fail....if you failed then i have also, it was not your fault , trust me . Regardless of whatever mistake we've made ,we can only ask for forgiveness and mercy and pray that His grace will shield us. We gave what we could, what we thought was best and we can only hope it was more than enough but in Nolan and Catherine's case we can only pray for God's guidance. "
"I hid the truth of his birth till the end, he doesn't know who he is...oh my sweet little Nolan. "
" And i should've taken him to that orphanage...nobody and i mean nobody would've predicted that he was going to grow up to be such a menance. Children may grow up in the same household, receive the same guidance and still have completely different childhood. Noah and Nara are good kids "
" Alright....." He wiped the tears off her cheeks
" Now shall we go downstairs and have dinner.... I'm starving and I'm sure you are too."
"To be honest, I'm not very hungry "
" Of course,my dearest but you must eat...i wish it"
"We need to go back to church "She chuckled.
"Whenever you're ready , honey."
Gina opened her mouth to say something but then closed it.
"What is it , honey?"
"Catherine -"
"Catherine will get what's coming for her, i will not let anything destroy what's left of my family"
"Oh ,Nathan....you sounded so brave " She said comically
"I'm too old for role play, my love"
"Bea and Sean do it alot"
"How'd you know that?"
"We're besties now-"Gina smiled softly.
"- She's a real good friend, we would've been close since forever ago but my pride won't let me see things clearly" She scoffed then sighed "- one of my very ugly attributes "
"Do not beat yourself up m'dear. Come on,dinner awaits us-" Jonathan searched her face, she had something she wanted to say. Should he press on or let her come to him?
"-is that all or is there more?"
Gina laughed "You really have me figured out".
"Don't change the subject, my love"
Gina didn't say a word, Jonathan glanced at the clock on the wall. The silence was unsettling,he didn't like it but he had to wait for her.
"Let's drop the charges, honey "
"What?"
"I can't bear it, the pain of knowing he's in that cell , cold, hungry, all alone and betrayed"
"Betrayed?...that boy chose his own path"
" Believe it or not...we betrayed all of our kids"
Silence loomed over them, heavy thoughts weighing more on Jonathan's mind than Gina's.
"And you're really going forward with this?"
She didn't respond but the look in her eyes gave him all the answers he needed.
"Alright,let me make a few calls" He left for his study ,then came back after a few minutes.
"How'd it go?" Her voice was raspy.She had been crying again.
"If things go well, he might be let out on bail."
"Thank goodness " She sighed
He held out his hand ,she smiled and took it. He led her to the dining table.
"Is everybody here?..i have an announcement"He asked
"Isn't it too soon?" Gina pinched his arm.
"Nothing good comes from hiding it"
"Don't tell me.... I'm getting a younger sibling?????.Abort it ,i do not want it" Nara said.
"She's too old to have a baby" Bea chuckled.
"Ancient infact" Noad added
Gina shot a look, and he let out a small laugh.
"Really?!"Nara looked genuinely suprised.
"You didn't kn-"Noah was saying
"We're thinking of dropping the charges and filing for bail" Jonathan interrupted him.
Everyone went silent...Nara looked from left to right.
Apparently everyone knew who they were bailing out and she didn't.
"Wh-" She realized as soon as she began to mouth the question.
.... I'll pretend i dunno it's a prank.
She chuckled in her head then looked at her parents for the look they always had when they lied about not getting them presents for Christmas, unfortunately for her,it wasn't there.
