From a logistical support perspective, this is simply a disaster!
Although the main equipment and systems of the three designs are unified, such as the gas turbines and catapults being the same, differences definitely exist in the assembly stage. Hence, three separate logistical support systems had to be provided for these three types of carriers, significantly increasing the difficulty of maintenance support.
However, no one can deny that the "Replacement Carrier" solved the urgent needs of the Imperial Navy.
The three-pronged approach and allowing the shipyards to freely innovate significantly shortened the construction time of the carriers.
The first batch of six "Replacement Carriers" did not take more than a year from order placement to completion and delivery!
In the third quarter of New Calendar year 151, these six carriers all joined the combat ranks of the Imperial Navy and operated within the East Ocean.
