Ronald and Nicole passed through three watertight doors in a row.
After advancing nearly a hundred meters in a straight line, they were quite far from where they had originally descended.
So, after properly closing the third watertight door,
Ronald sensed activity above and said to Nicole:
"Nicole, we're now at the very bottom of the stern, and the propeller that powers the whole ship is just ahead."
For Nicole, there was no psychological pressure, only confidence in her eyes.
"The guidance provided by the spell indicates that he went this way. I believe my spell is quite accurate."
This was precisely Nicole's duty as an investigator.
So, Ronald didn't interfere much and just nodded to show his understanding:
"Then I'll follow your lead."
Continuing to track with the spell, the two went up the ladder beyond the third watertight door and turned to face another safety door.
Nicole stepped forward and pulled, but her eyebrows furrowed—she couldn't open the safety door.
