The carriage industry in Springs had stopped operating at night recently.
So Heidi took Ronald, and the two of them walked out of the city on foot.
After leaving the slums and entering the industrial area, and even after passing through a minor mysterious side skirmish, Heidi finally recovered from her tense emotions.
"Mr. Ronald, are we really just going to walk out of the city?"
"Isn't it a bit too slow?"
Ronald waved his hand dismissively:
"You know the situation in the city recently, after we leave the city we'll switch to flying. At that time, it's enough if you just guide the way."
What followed was a tedious journey.
Heidi wanted to converse more with Ronald to get closer to him, but knowing nothing about the man in front of her, she was afraid of saying the wrong thing, which made her struggle to find a topic.
