"I have to go now, I still have other matters."
"I'll walk you out." Vaughn quickly stood up and, while talking with Lance, walked him downstairs where he even opened the car door for him. "I'll give it some serious thought."
Lance nodded his head and said nothing more. He hoped that Vaughn would be the one to ignite these issues when the time came. Their relationship was quite good, which would make many things easier down the line.
After getting into the car, the vehicle slowly started, and quite a few people on the dock looked over this way.
"Do we have any enterprises with good relations at the dock?"
"Or any with particularly bad relations?"
Sitting in the passenger seat, Elvin thought for a moment, "We have both—why do you ask?"
