The room was quiet. The only sounds were the gentle buzzing of hospital machines and the rhythmic beeping of Eduardo's heart monitor, creating a strange sort of atmosphere.
Marcello hadn't budged from the chair for hours. His back had started to stiffen, and his shoulders were tight, but he paid no mind. His gaze was fixed on the man lying in the bed.
Eduardo... Or maybe, Carlo.

"He just needs a lot of rest,"
"The drug injected in him has affected him mentally,"
Those were what they kept telling him, but why... He felt so hurt when he was called a traitor.
Only Carlo knew about it, yet Eduardo said so as if he were Carlo.
'Did Carlo possess his body or something? Things like that only happen in fiction,'
"Uhm... Can you come out for a second?" Maya asked him. He looked back at Eduardo.
