"Benecio came over and offered to take care of you for the day, I have important listings I couldn't reschedule. I hope you don't mind," Zahi handed me a cup of tea with honey which I greedily sipped.
"Oh I don't mind," I smiled but wondered what in the world would I do with Benecio inside my house the entire day. "I'm fine though, I'm probably just going to get some rest and catch up on work. You probably have school and practice."
"I took leave for the day and Molly's coming by soon. So don't act like you're stuck alone with the big bad wolf," he smiled and for a second it did quite feel like it.
I knew nothing I would say would change his mind therefore I let out a sigh and relaxed back in my seat. When Benecio was done cooking, Molly sprang up at the door with flowers and a great self care kit that we were going to keep ourselves busy with for the day.
