I could feel the vibrations of the loud music blaring through the speakers through the walls as he rode the elevator a few floors up. Bucky the symbol of calm whilst I was feeling a bit jittery from one too many cocktails throughout dinner.
It was a big deal for me. My first time seeing a club and already feeling slightly tipsy. I felt like a Ke$ha music video if I was honest. Ready to party and letting go of my inhibitions. It wasn't that this was going to be a standard of life for me.
It was just that I never let loose. I never had fun and just allowed myself to be a young teenager. It was always rules and responsibilities. Providing for my family and making sure that I stayed the course to get to where I wanted to be.
