Far away from Valon's ears, as Hiyori prepared for the meeting with her new King, a quiet conversation was taking place.
"A-Are you serious? I have to do that?!"
"Well, it's the only way, but I guess you don't have to if you don't wanna! But, those girls from the zombie world haven't been very pushy, and you should see how they ended up… they're pretty much an afterthought! Just don't say I didn't warn you!"
"N-No, I'll do it. You're certain that if I do this, he'll view us in a positive light?"
"Oh, for sure! You're thick in all the places he likes!" A soft, thin finger pushed into Hiyori's rear, and she blushed from the action, "Trust me, I know everything Valon likes! Just do what I told you, and Wabi will be at the top of the pecking order!"
"Y-You mean Wano?"
"Oh, yeah, that! Just do what I said, and Wano will be eating good!" A pair of thick lips, covered in a coat of pink lipstick, moved towards Hiyori's ear, and the woman whispered softly to her, "You should see how the devil's did it! Their leader was trying to kill Valon, and then a bunch of MILFs tracked him down, and now they're on top of the world! High quality food, top-notch living conditions, a say in Kingdom rules, and even a big part in the military…"
"A-All that?! That would be great…" Hiyori muttered, her face becoming set in stone, "Alright! I'll do whatever it takes to seduce him!"
As Hiyori walked away in a determined huff, the third woman in the room spoke as Kyon looked at Momo dryly.
"You know he's gonna be pissed that you did that, right?"
"Well, it's his fault for ignoring me! Do you know how hard I've been trying to get 'punished?!'" Momo shot back, crossing her arms stubbornly, "Ever since all this otherworld stuff, he's been too busy! I broke plates, I sat on his throne, and I even started twerking on the table during a strategy meeting! None of it worked!"
"Well, it's definitely going to work this time," Kyon sighed, but her lips curved up into a small grin as she looked over at Momo, "Hey, how about you let me take some of the blame? Messing with the leader of a new faction like this will definitely warrant a huge punishment… hehe…"
"No way! The only ass he's gonna be spanking is mine!"
In that moment, Valon had no idea the trouble he was about to be in.

"This might be a bit annoying to go through," I hummed, looking as if I was just staring out into space to anyone else, but looking like I was staring at a row of quests to my eyes. I had decided to ice Hiyori out a bit, as I was being 'fashionably late' to our meeting as I began to claim my quest rewards.
I hadn't gotten a lot of quests in the One Piece world, but I had still gotten a couple and completed most of them as well. The first one I looked at related to the battles I had fought in Wano, as well as the ones that Tiamat had fought for me.

The Oni skills I got from the quest were actually a bit disappointing, as while they were genuinely good skills, most of them I had already 'claimed' - not from Kaido, but just from other creatures I had used [Devour] on, or other quests I had completed.
The huge list of skills I got from the Oni race all ended with 'resistance,' and were essentially just huge defense buffs. I already had [Physical Resistance], [Ice Resistance], [Fire Resistance], and [Elemental Resistance], so those gained skills went to waste, but there were still a few that didn't overlap.
[Haki Resistance] had been added to my huge arsenal of skills, as well as [Wind Resistance], [Poison Resistance], and [Lightning Resistance]. I didn't know if those were already covered in my [Elemental Resistance] skill, but I wouldn't complain about more skills. These ones were especially nice, because they gave passive buffs, which meant I didn't even need to think about using them in a fight unless I was really trying to prioritize one type of defense.
The [Lunarian] skills were a bit better, but there weren't as many, and they all revolved around one element: Fire. I expected as much, since the Lunarian's whole race ability was using fire, but it didn't make the lack of diversity any better.
There was [Ignition] - which didn't sound very impressive, but was actually pretty damn good. It let me set anything on fire as long as I was looking at it, which I could quickly see becoming one of the main skills I used. The uses were very varied, as I could do something like setting an opponent's eyes on fire just by looking at them.
After that was [Blazing Aura], which was also pretty damn good. It essentially heated up the area around me, making it at least unpleasant to stand in, and if you weren't tough enough to handle the heat, it was possibly even dangerous just to be near me.
Finally: [Cauterize]. It allowed me to close wounds with flames, but I definitely wouldn't need it for myself, considering all my healing skills, and I even had a couple of skills that healed others, too. Overall, I might be able to use it in a niche situation, but it wasn't great.
There were only two other quests I had gotten in the One Piece world so far, with one of them being to help Yamato, which I finished a while ago. Aside from that, the last one was uncompleted, although I was making steady progress on it.

I had already completed the 'kill Orochi' part of that, but the 'receive loyalty' part was a bit harder. Most of the citizens in each region were fearful of me, but the loyalty part would need to be gained over time. Though as I turned away from the quest and decided to finally head to the meeting that was planned, I was about to make some serious progress.
It was time to meet with Hiyori.

"Thank you for agreeing to meet with me, Your Highness. I'm grateful," Hiyori said, bowing her head to me as she sat across from me.
"No problem," I responded easily, just giving her a light grin, "I hope Raya hasn't been too hard on you."
I still didn't know what Raya had told the women, but all I knew was that it couldn't be something good. I also knew it wouldn't be something bad, as even the worst-case-scenario here was likely Hiyori trying to get into my pants, but I was hoping for at least a moderately civil discussion right now.
"Y-Yes, she has been a great help!" Hiyori said, stuttering slightly in a way that only made me more worried, "You have a very capable staff, Your Highness. It's so impressive that you've managed to make so many intelligent and powerful individuals follow you."
"Yup, I'm very lucky in that regard," I nodded simply, but my eyes narrowed a bit.
Unfortunately for Hiyori, I was far from stupid and far from a man who liked to waste time. I could tell from the jump that her words were very carefully picked out. As if she'd been planning out that line, and her next words only confirmed it.
"I don't believe luck played a part in it, Your Highness," Hiyori gave me what could only be described as a dazzling smile, as the bright expression on her gorgeous face literally lit up the room, "I haven't been in your presence much, Your Highness, but you seem so… powerful. So grand. For someone of your stature, I think it's only obvious that capable individuals would want to follow you and stay by your side."
As she finished speaking, I just looked at Hiyori dryly, "Alright, stop glazing me."
"G-Glazing? I apologize, Your Highness, but I don't know what-"
"I-I mean, stop sucking up to me," I clarified as I remembered that she was from Wano, and definitely didn't know the context of the word 'glazing,' "I don't know you personally, but I've heard that you're a strong and intelligent woman. Frankly, I don't think that someone like you would be so in 'awe' of me that you can't do anything but compliment me."
The combination of Raya's words to me earlier and the start of this conversation had told me all I needed to know - Hiyori saw me as an Orochi-type, and was trying to manipulate me in the way she did other men when she was Komurasaki. I might not have known her personally, but I still knew what type of person she was because of my prior knowledge of the world.
She was stroking my ego and telling me what she thought I wanted to hear in an attempt to get in my good graces, and while I certainly didn't mind a beautiful woman complimenting me, I didn't like her blatant attempt to play with me.
"I apologize if there's a misunderstanding, Your Highness, I just wanted to give you the praise you deserve-"
"I think this conversation is over," I cut her off bluntly, casually rising to my feet as Hiyori's eyes went wide, "I'm a blunt person, so I won't play this game with you."
I had never been one for the careful navigation of politics. I liked to be blunt, to the point, and largely brute force my way through things. Unless it involved a plan for a battle, I largely left the thinking and social side of things to Raya.
"W-Wait!" As I turned to walk away from the table, Hiyori let out a panicked shout, and I paused. I glanced over my shoulder, giving her one more chance to be genuine, and as I did, I couldn't resist letting my eyes go wide.
"I… I apologize for trying to manipulate you, Your Highness," Hiyori said, standing up from her seat as she grabbed the middle of her robe and slowly pulled it apart, "I just care so much about my people, I want what's best for them, Your Highness."
Her robe slowly fell away, revealing her perky breasts and smooth, porcelain skin to me. Her eyes stared into mine, a mixture of pleading and seduction in them, as she stepped towards me. To her credit, her plan partially worked, as my eyes definitely trailed down her nude body for a moment.
She had a decently sized pair of breasts, which would've been big in human standards, but compared to someone like Rias and Akeno, or Kyon and Velrissa, they were definitely on the smaller side. Beyond her breasts was a slim body, with a small waist, before her hips expanded outward.
She had thick thighs and long, pale legs that seemed to stretch forever. She was also definitely thick in the back, as even from the front, I could see a peek of her round ass cheeks. She took a step towards me, her big eyes staring up into mine.
"I… I know of your insatiable lust, Your Highness! I know that you make love hundreds of times every day, and that no normal woman can satisfy you! I've heard how with every new country you conquer, you take all the beautiful women, and force yourself onto them!" Hiyori blurted out, her steely gaze boring into my own blank one, "I-I've heard of your group, known as 'Valon's Sluts,' that you ravish daily! A-And, I also know that the nations under your rule are only as valuable as their most beautiful woman!"
Hiyori stepped forward, her eyes fiery as she stared me down, "But I'm prepared! I'm not just the daughter of Kouzuki Oden, but also Komurasaki! I was a courtesan who had the entire Flower Capital enchanted! I won't lose in a contest of appeal, and to give my people a better position, I'm more than willing to indulge in your 'sleep up the ladder' system!"
As Hiyori finished speaking, she stepped forward, and pushed forward her chest - pressing her breasts towards me as she didn't back down, "P-Please take me right here, Your Highness!"
For a moment, I just stared at Hiyori blankly, genuinely stunned by all the bullshit that had just come out of her mouth.
"...Who told you all that?" I finally deadpanned, to which Hiyori looked at me confusedly.
"W-What?"
"Who told you all that shit! 'Valon's Sluts?!' Sleeping up the ladder?!" I groaned, slumping slightly as I realized the situation I was in.
"U-Um, the woman with dog ears, and then a short woman with pink hair and a… really big behind," Hiyori blushed as she finished, and this all made more sense now.
"Momo," I muttered, and I was sure the mischievous succubus had told her all sorts of crazy things, "Don't listen to anything that woman tells you, alright? I don't force myself on anybody, and I don't have sex a hundred times a day!"
Seriously, a hundred?! I was already having time-management issues at night with a dozen rounds or so, maybe twenty at most. I couldn't imagine how long it would take to have sex a hundred times every day!
"T-Then… you won't let me join Valon's Sluts?" Hiyori asked, tilting her head as she misunderstood me, and she got ready to argue to 'protect her people.'
"No, because that doesn't exist! I have a harem, but no one calls them that!" I huffed, shaking my head quickly, "Listen, you don't have to sleep with me, alright? I won't treat your people any differently than I would've otherwise, and you won't get any benefits from it. I respect you as their chosen leader, and I hope you can realize that I'll treat you all as valuable citizens of my Kingdom. You're a gorgeous woman, but you're also a strong person, and someone worth respecting."
I wasn't lying with my words, as I would certainly treat the citizens of Wano just as I did any other faction within my Kingdom. I was a little bit untruthful in the 'no benefits' part, as Venelana and Layla were showcases that I definitely could be bought with sexual favors. It was somewhat ironic that the Gremory and Phenex had risen to the top of the Devil Faction after I defeated Sirzechs, but it wasn't due to the Gremory Heiress being damn-near my wife in all but name, and the person I was probably closest with besides Raya, or that I was so close with Ravel.
MILF's were seriously scary.
"..." For a moment, Hiyori just stared at me blankly, then her eyes narrowed, "She said you would do this, but I'm not falling for it!"
"Eh?" I blinked, raising an eyebrow at Hiyori, "What?"
"T-The pink-haired woman! She said that you'd say something all charming to make me let my guard down, and to make my heart flutter! But, it won't work on me!" She stepped forward, reaching out as her hand grabbed the front of my shirt, and her far-too-determined eyes stared into mine while her face was beet-red, "I'll do anything for my people, and that includes being your woman!"
I looked down at Hiyori dryly. I would go to punish Momo after this, but knowing the Succubus General, she'd actually enjoy that. But, I'd probably just do it anyway, because I would too.
"The people of Wano will be treated well," I tried again, shaking my head at her, "There's no 'sleeping up the ladder' in my Kingdom!"
There definitely was, but at this point, I was just trying to get her to put her clothes back on. If she really was going to force herself to have sex with me because she thought it would help Wano get an upper hand within my Kingdom, then I didn't want it. I wasn't usually one to turn down beautiful women, but I still had standards, damn it! They had to want me for the right reason!
…or be busty MILFs who looked like mature versions of Rias and Ravel, but that was where I drew the line!
"...Prove it," Hiyori huffed, not looking convinced as she was strangely stubborn, "Bring me to your bedroom!"
"How the hell would that prove anything?" I deadpanned at her, but she continued without missing a beat.
"I told you, the nice pink-haired woman warned me about your ways! You're trying to trick me, and I bet the Beast Pirates have already gotten to you! You're putting them ahead of us from the start!" Hiyori reached up, jutting a finger into my chest, and causing her breasts to jiggle in the process, "If you're telling the truth, then I'm sure none of them would be waiting in your bedroom, right?!"
I felt the instinctual urge to argue back as Hiyori fearlessly pushed her finger into my chest, but this time, she was actually right.
"Right," I nodded simply, agreeing with her, "Though I think you're going a bit too far here…"
I narrowed my eyes at her, and [King's Aura] flared up. Hiyori's eyes went wide, and she took a quick step back, her cheeks flushing as she realized just who she'd been arguing with fearlessly.
"I-I apologize, Your-"
"It's fine," I cut her off with a sigh, "I understand why you're so worried, so I'll just show you, alright? There probably are a few women in my room right now, but you'll see none of them are Beast Pirates, and then you'll back off, right?"
I would usually be more annoyed that someone I wasn't close with was talking to me so brazenly, but I could understand her motives, and I respected her determination to try to get better conditions for her people. So, this time, I would let it slide, and I'd give in to her wishes.
There would surely be a couple of women lounging in my bed at the moment, as there pretty much always were, but I hadn't spoken to any Beast Pirates aside from Kaido and the All-Stars yet, so I was sure there wouldn't be any in there. Raya had mentioned sending some my way, but I hadn't seen any yet just an hour ago, so unless some trickery was going on, there wouldn't be any.
Hiyori would see that, realize that Momo had been messing with her, and then we could start off on a new foot - and, I would pretend that I hadn't seen her standing naked in front of me, or that I wasn't eyeing up her jiggling breasts.
"Ahem, yes, I would appreciate that," Hiyori nodded, more respectful after my quick display of power, "Lead the way, Your Highness."
"...You don't wanna put your clothes back on first?" I asked dryly, glancing down her nude body, which caused her to blush deeply as she quickly bent over and grabbed her discarded robe, and then pulled it back on.
"R-Right, thank you," She said softly, and I led her out of the small room. We were in my palace at the moment, in a room that I usually used for casual meetings, so it didn't take long to navigate through the hallways.
"Ah, Your Highness! I'm so~ sorry, your throne looked so comfortable, so I decided to take a break! I sure hope you won't punish me for this~!"
As we walked through the throne room towards my bedroom, I glanced over at my throne, only to see the naked form of Akeno sitting there and staring at me with lustful eyes. I wish I could say I was surprised, but the 'sacred throne that only the Beast King could sit in' had somehow become an object to 'get punished' for sitting on, as well as a place to have sex.
"Later," I just waved her off, causing Akeno to pout, even as Hiyori looked over at her with wide eyes.
"T-Those are so big… they can't be real…" Her eyes glanced down, and I didn't need to be a mindreader to figure out what she was thinking as she looked from her own breasts to Akeno's bazookas.
"Ignore her," I said quickly, reaching back and pulling Hiyori forward with me, which caused her to blush as we headed down another hallway, and then reached my bedroom.
"Now, just take a look in here, and you'll see that there are no Beast Pir-" I started as I pushed the door open, only to cut myself off as I stared into my bedroom blankly.
Inside, there appeared to be no fewer than ten women, all of whom I recognized - and not because I knew them personally, but instead because I knew about the One Piece world, and I knew that they were Beast Pirates.
Suspiciously, the group of Rias, Koneko, Kuroka, Velrissa, Rei, and Shizuka were all missing, even though they had been here roughly an hour ago, and had been near-passed out from the lovemaking that had taken place in the night. My eyes went wide as I realized I had been set up.
"I-I told you! I knew it! I knew you were tricking me!" Hiyori shouted as she peeked past me, spotting the various women in the room, most of whom were lounging on my bed without a care in the world, "I won't lose! I won't!"
I just stood stock-still, stunned, as Hiyori stripped herself naked in the hallway of my palace and then shoved her way into my room as well. For the first time since I arrived in the world of DxD, I had been defeated.
Not by a Dragon King, a lucifer, or a god. No, the Beast King, the undefeated King who ruled over countless factions and conquered ruthlessly, had been defeated by a woman.
I had been outsmarted by a succubus whose brain, and even entire head, was smaller than one of her ass-cheeks. Somehow, Momo, the absolute bimbo of a woman, had completely and utterly trapped me in this situation.
I sighed, reaching down as I started to pull off my shirt, and resigned myself to my fate.
It was time for the worst, but also the best, form of love-making: sex politics.
