A/N-Shoutout to John_A_Mandrake and seydeen for the powerstones!!

"He took the body with him. Do we follow the signal, Dr.?" Kurogiri asks after dropping off the League somewhere safe, though the test would soon change that. "No need, he's already removed the tracker, how I have no idea, but he has my respect." Dr. Ujiko says as he looks at the screen that shows the vitals of several Nomu in production, as well as the vitals of a tank labeled 0-1.

"How? Wasn't the tracker quirk based? It hasn't even been 24 hours since he took her." Kurogiri was surprised, since most assets the Doctor had made were always tagged with something that told them exactly where they were. "I have no idea, how is Tomura and his little gang?" "Squabbling," He sighed. "Spinner and Dabi want to do more of what Stain used to do, Himiko and Twice can't seem to take anything seriously, and Tomura and Stain have nearly killed each other twice in the last two days.

They keep shifting the blame back and forth." Dr. Ujiko sighed and rubbed his head, wondering what he was going to do with Tomura until his old friend woke back up. This time it wouldn't be the same; a lot had been damaged, and the body still writhed in pain.

"So you're telling me we're just going to let him run around and do nothing?!" Aizawa raised his voice as Nezu nodded calmly. "To remove him now would be detrimental; better to keep him close where we can keep an eye on him." He said as Aizawa frowned. Although he liked how Carter pushed the rest of the class to train harder, he would give that up in a heartbeat if Carter were a threat to his students. "Does Cathleen know any of this?" Toshinori asked as Nezu nodded, "She's the one who told me, all the way back to when she adopted him. As for what he experienced in the other world, he might have told her, but I can't be sure."

"I unfortunately am with Aizawa on this one; he seems to be more of a danger to the students than I am comfortable with," Toshinori said, surprising them. "Really? I thought you liked him?" Midnight said as he sighed. "I do like him, and desperately hope that all of this is false, but I have to keep in mind the well-being of ALL my students, not just the ones who have the most power.

She nodded as they all considered this. "Still, he has managed to form bonds with some of his classmates. If we removed him now, he might see that as us pushing him away. That is the last thing we want." She said, giving them more to think about.

As the woman writhed on the table, Carter toured the small base they were in. It only consisted of five rooms, but had enough space for him to walk around comfortably in his dragon form. As he waited for her to finish transforming, he scrolled on his phone. Right now, the news stations were still going on about the massive white dragon that went around killing people (villains) and how the pro hero Hawks had valiantly tried to get the dragon to leave (he didn't even bother fighting).

At random intervals, the woman would hiss or scream in pain, and he'd check on her to see if she was dying, but for now, she still seemed to be just fine. Katsumi texted him, all excited about passing the final part of the exam. She had wanted to go out to eat, but he told her that he was busy and wouldn't be able to.

Eventually, the woman stopped fighting and settled down as he felt a new source of power within her. "How do you feel?" He asked as he undid the restraints. "Stronger, and hungry." She said as he nodded, leading her to the kitchen in the next room. "What did you do to me?" She asked as he got to work making food, "Oh, nothing, just a little experiment to see if an enhanced human such as yourself could handle a bit of my blood. It worked since you're alive, but we'll run some tests to see what you're capable of now." "What are you? I know you're that dragon the news keeps going on about, but what are you?" She asked, motioning at his wings and tail. He didn't answer as he put a plate in front of her before digging into his own. They both ate like animals, still not satisfied with just one plate, and ended up eating everything on the base.

"BURP!" He groaned as he sat on the couch before shooting up and going to a landline that had a single number written next to it. "Hey, come pick her up. Run some tests, work out a training plan, and bring her into the fold; she will be useful later." He said when the line picked up, before turning back to her. As he waited, he didn't stay idle as he and the woman, whose name was Kaina, sparred in the training hall for a half-hour before she was taken away for testing. "You'll be fine, just remember what you fight for." He said as she left, she nodded but still kept a small part of herself shielded from all of this, too many times had she been manipulated to be swayed this easily.
