"Hehe..." Emily Bailey giggled mischievously, suddenly tiptoeing to whisper in James Brown's ear, "You're quite the capable one, bringing both Little John and Little E. Aren't you afraid I'll tell my cousin?"
James Brown cleared his throat, glancing at Emily Bailey's parents, who both wore smiles. To them, Emily Bailey's behavior was just a playful curiosity from a sister-in-law toward her brother-in-law. In the large Yawk Family, Emily Bailey's mother used to tease her brother-in-law in the same playful way, sometimes putting him in awkward situations.
"You better bribe me well, or else one day when I'm not keeping my mouth shut, I might slip it out." Emily Bailey blinked twice at James Brown.
James Brown chuckled and said, "No problem. Just tell your brother-in-law what you want, and I guarantee you'll be satisfied."
Emily Bailey was satisfied and said, "That's more like it. I haven't decided yet, but I'll let you know when I do."
