"Dreadnought-class Starcruiser?"
Bloodveil's underlings all gasped, eyes wide with disbelief. "For real?"
"Of course it's real," Bloodveil said, puffing out his chest with a smug grin. "Your boss here went toe-to-toe with four of humanity's top-tier elites. Barely scraped out a win, but hey—still a win."
"So… that's how you ended up with just a flight module?" one of the zombies asked, blinking innocently.
"Uh…" Bloodveil's expression stiffened for a second. He cleared his throat and quickly explained, "Well, that was Southvale territory, after all. The situation wasn't exactly in my favor. Honestly, getting a flight module out of it was already a pretty solid outcome."
"Boss, that Overlord of Southvale really did you dirty," one of the underlings muttered, clearly upset on his behalf.
They all imagined the massive Dreadnought-class Starcruiser… and then looked at the sleek but tiny flight module. It was like getting a single drop from an ocean.
