Kiernan stormed inside Ellie's room and saw his wife, Aoi, trying to wake up Ellie in a very panicked state.
"Ellie! Ellie!"
"What's going on?!"
Kiernan asked and ran over to the futon and saw that Ellie's state had deteriorated significantly in just a few moments.
She looked grayish. Her breathing sounded raspy and shallow.
"I-I don't know! W-we need to take her to the hospital!"
Aoi said.
In just an instant, Kiernan took Ellie into a carry and disappeared from the dojo within the blink of an eye.
He crossed the entire city of Montrael in less than a second and appeared in the lounge of one of the best hospitals in all of Celine.
"Ah!"
"Where did he come from?!"
"Wait, isn't he… Yes, it's definitely him!"
The patients and nurses were equally shocked at the sudden appearance of Kiernan Hunter, but then they saw him carrying a child in his arms.
"M-My child… Is very ill."
Kiernan said with a panic in his eyes.
