Just as she was about to hit Yin Xiaofan with a pillow, unexpectedly, she stepped on a tube of lipstick, which happened to be the one she used to aim at Yin Xiaofan. She did not expect it to end up causing her to fall.
"Ah!"
As her body lost its balance, Yang Xiaoya let out an instinctive scream.
"Hey!" Seeing Yang Xiaoya falling toward the ground, Yin Xiaofan felt a moment of internal struggle but still reached out to wrap his arms around Yang Xiaoya's waist.
But Yang Xiaoya held on to Yin Xiaofan like a lifeline, which stopped her from falling.
"Are you alright?" Yin Xiaofan asked after catching Yang Xiaoya.
Looking at the closely positioned Yin Xiaofan, Yang Xiaoya blinked before quickly regaining her composure.
"Ah! What are you doing?" Yang Xiaoya, having recovered her senses, was not polite with Yin Xiaofan; she went straight for his arm with her mouth.
The pain in his arm made Yin Xiaofan's grip loosen.
"Ah."
