The Hand of God is an organization that Alexander founded in his youth, headquartered in Washington, United States. Initially, it had only twelve people, who were called the Twelve Angels. Of course, these were just their own titles, similar to the Thirteen Grand Protectors, merely a designation.
After a period of obscurity, the Hand of God rose to fame due to one particular event.
In the early 2000s, the United States initiated war in Iraq for certain reasons. The war lasted a long time, but they still couldn't find Iraq's former leader, Saddam. At this time, the President of the United States was very anxious and issued a bounty, stating the reward for capturing Saddam.
Many famous mercenary organizations of the time took on this task, and many bounty hunters did as well. Yet years passed without anyone finding him.
