In the northeastern part of the Netherworld, in the Ren Gui Land, there is a Great Wilderness, with foul and rank seawater. In the center stands a great mountain called the Fengdu Luo Mountain in the Northern Yin.
This Fengdu Luo Mountain contains numerous hells, governing all humans, gods, demons, ghosts, flying beasts, and creatures born from eggs, wombs, moisture, or transformation, whether they have scales, feathers, or fur, whether they move or stay rooted, in the air or under the sea.
Within lies a hell at the bottom of the Northern Yin Sea, known as the Blood Lake Hell. It is divided into four sub-hells: the Blood Pond Hell, Blood Bowl Hell, Blood Mountain Hell, and Blood Sea Hell.
These four hells are interconnected by the Blood River, and within presides a Great God of the Blood Lake.
