Lexster trembled, catching a glimpse of the sight of Kenton's shoes.
"Are you refusing my orders," Kenton grilled, towering over Lexster.
Lexster took a deep breath, his heart filling up with courage.
"No, Your Majesty," He pushed out a response, "It's not that I'm defying your orders, it's just…"
Kenton grabbed Lexster off the ground by his collar, forcing him to look into his eyes.
"It's just what," He growled an interruption, "I told you to do something and you told me no. I gave you an order and you aren't doing it. Why are you defying my orders?"
"I-It's n-not t-that I'm d-defying you o-orders," Lexster stammered, "It's just I don't want her to die."
