Outside Gabrielle's bedroom door was Ansel pacing back and forth, his mind overwhelmed in fear and panic.

Ansel paused, watching as the bedroom door slowly squeaked open.
He stared intently, watching as one of the castle doctors exited.
"How is she," He inquired, grabbing on to the doctor's shoulders.
"She's doing as good as she can considering her circumstances," The doctor sighed, "She was given some medicine and although it was made well, it's not compatible with her body."
"What, what do you mean? Was she poisoned," He inquired once more.
