Chapter 20 - chapter 19 R18+

Harley Quinn had always been a whirlwind of chaos and color, but with Cross, there was a beautiful calmness that anchored her wild spirit. They found solace in one another amidst the chaos of their lives. One late afternoon in Gotham, as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting warm hues across the sky, Harley and Cross found themselves atop a rooftop, overlooking the city they both loved and loathed. The light danced in her bright blue eyes, and Cross couldn't help but feel his heart race.

"Can you believe how crazy this city is?" Harley laughed, her voice a melodic sound that cut through the evening air. Cross smiled, his gaze fixed on her. "Yeah, but it's our kind of crazy," he replied, moving closer. The warmth radiating from her body melded perfectly with the cool evening breeze. There was a palpable energy between them, a spark that had been building since they first teamed up.

As they talked, their conversations grew softer, filled with laughter and teasing remarks, gradually morphing into something deeper. Cross reached for her hand, intertwining their fingers, and Harley's heart fluttered. She looked up at him, her lips curling into a playful grin. "What's going on in that head of yours?" she asked, leaning in closer.

"I was just thinking that Gotham doesn't stand a chance against us," he said, his voice low and serious. Harley could feel her heart racing, not from danger but from the thrill of being so close to him. "You're right! Together, we're unstoppable!" she beamed. And in that moment, under the twilight sky, their faces brushed against each other, a hesitant movement filled with excitement.

Their lips met softly at first, a gentle exploration that quickly ignited into something fierce. Harley melted into the kiss, feeling every bit the alluring seductress she often portrayed. Cross pulled her closer, their bodies fitting perfectly as if they were pieces of a puzzle. The kiss deepened, fueled by unspoken desires and a connection that had been building beneath the surface for far too long.

With each brush of their lips, with every tentative caress, the world around them faded away. The chaos of Gotham, the fight against villains, and the turmoil of their lives melted into the background, leaving only the two of them. Time seemed to stand still. Harley tugged at Cross's jacket, pulling him closer, her heart racing as their chemistry intensified.

In a playful moment, Harley spun around, her laughter echoing as Cross pulled her back against him, wrapping his arms securely around her waist. She leaned her head back against his shoulder, feeling safe and cherished. "You know," she murmured, "this feels nice." He tightened his grip, and they stood in comfortable silence for a moment, serene and inviting.

But Harley's playful spirit could not be contained for long. "I think we need to celebrate," she grinned mischievously, her eyes sparkling with mischief. Cross raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Celebrate what?" he asked, knowing full well that Harley had something adventurous in mind. She turned to face him, the playful glint in her eye promising something exciting.

"Us!" she declared, determination in her voice. Harley hopped down from the ledge and grabbed Cross by the hand, leading him toward the entrance of the rooftop. "Come on, I know just the place!"

They made their way down the dimly lit stairwell, Harley leading the way with infectious energy, while Cross followed closely, his heart pounding in anticipation of what she planned. As they reached the street, Harley suddenly stopped and pulled him into a nearby alley, her laughter ringing out as she pressed her body against his, the thrill of spontaneity enveloping them both.

"Here?" Cross chuckled, his breath hitching slightly as he looked down at her. "Why not?" she winked, wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling him in for another heated kiss.

The alley was dark and hidden, perfect for a moment that felt adventurous and reckless. As their kisses grew more intense, Harley's hands ventured to the hem of Cross's shirt, urging him to shed the layers between them. He obliged, pulling the fabric over his head, exposing his toned physique.

"Wow, Cross," she breathed, looking up at him with pure adoration. "You've been hiding all this under those clothes?"

"Maybe I wanted to save the surprise for someone special," he replied, leaning down to capture her lips once again. Their desire soared, fueled by the electric tension in the air. Harley's hands roamed over his chest and shoulders while Cross explored the curve of her waist, savoring the feel of her curves beneath her leather jacket.

The world outside faded away, and there was only the two of them, wrapped in their bubble of passion. Cross lifted Harley, her legs wrapping around his waist as he pressed her against the cold brick wall behind them. The sensation sent shivers down my spine.
