Bai Meiyue turned to look at the woman, who was the cause of the entire trouble. She pulled a chair and then sat down in front of Xu Yiyi before asking her softly, "Tell me what you are trying to do? Are you really that unwilling to pull yourself out of this quagmire? I don't think you are that kind of person." Bai Meiyue knew Xu Yiyi and knew all too well how much she wanted to get out of the life that she lived. Even though she had gotten used to it, it didn't mean that she didn't want to leave it all behind.
Xu Yiyi finally looked at Bai Meiyue. Her eyes flashed with a calculating glint. She indeed wanted to leave this quagmire behind, not because she was embarrassed but because she wanted to try something new. She curled her lips upwards and asked, "Then do you mean to say that you will allow me to do whatever I want to do? Is that what you are trying to say to me?"
