"I am the Snake Princess, Princess Snake. From today onward, I will be your national language teacher."
"Insects, consider yourselves honored!"
Standing at the podium, Princess Snake spoke coldly, dressed in a teacher's uniform. Below, the gathered boys and girls were utterly stunned—
"Teacher Snake? She's our new national language teacher?"
"Did... did she just call us insects?"
"Teacher Snake is so beautiful and so cool!"
"Whoa, Teacher Snake! I'm honored! Please discipline us as much as you like!"
Some students were in disbelief, some were filled with admiration and longing, and some, after a brief moment of shock, even showed excitement and boundless anticipation on their faces.
No doubt about it, with such an extraordinarily beautiful teacher, even the charming Miss Judy paled in comparison. In the eyes of some students, the cold and sharp-tongued Teacher Snake was simply the epitome of cool.
Observing the enthusiastic students in the classroom, Princess Snake couldn't help but twitch the corner of her mouth.
They really are just a bunch of lowly insects.
In the past, merely glancing at them would have felt like contaminating her own eyes. But for the sake of her master's school life, she would endure—just for now.
"That... that Teacher Snake is really something else."
"Haha… hahaha…"
Beside Yuujin, Elisa shrank her neck, looking up at the new teacher with a deep sense of admiration.
Beautiful yet cold, exuding a powerful queenly aura—she was practically the definition of a strong woman.
"Yuujin, Yuujin, Snake is acting so strangely," whispered Gokumi from his other side.
Yuujin chuckled inwardly. It wasn't that Snake was acting strange—this was her true nature.
As the supreme Snake Goddess and the unrivaled beauty of the Underworld, Princess Snake had always been proud and ruthless, seeing ordinary mortals as nothing more than lowly ants. The only exception was Yuujin, to whom she was utterly devoted, catering to his every whim. Over time, people had forgotten what she was really like.
It had been a while since Yuujin had seen this side of her, and he found it quite amusing.
The stark contrast between how Snake behaved toward others and how she acted around him stirred a deep thrill within Yuujin, making his blood race with excitement.
"I'll have to reward her properly tonight."
Looking at Princess Snake standing at the podium, Yuujin made a silent decision.
As class officially began, Princess Snake did what little "teaching" she knew—reading directly from the textbook with complete indifference.
Whenever a student asked her to explain something, she would coldly snap back at them:
"This is so simple, and yet you still ask me? Why don't you use your insect-brained stupidity to figure it out yourself?"
Even after being scolded so harshly, the students still looked utterly satisfied…
Even Yuujin was speechless.
Thankfully, Snake was only here for a short while, accompanying them for a brief stint in the mortal world. If she were to become an actual teacher, who knew how many students' lives would be ruined?
"Class has been going on for a while now. Why hasn't Videl come back yet? Could something have happened?"
Elisa looked worriedly at the empty seat next to her.
Earlier, after Yuujin mentioned that Mr. Satan was a true hero, Videl had lost control of her emotions and flown off in tears. She hadn't returned since, making Elisa anxious that something might have gone wrong.
"Don't worry, Videl is fine. She'll be back soon."
"How do you know?"
Yuujin smiled, but Elisa remained puzzled.
Of course, he wouldn't tell her that he had been sensing Videl's energy all along, knowing she was alone on the rooftop wiping away her tears. Now that she had calmed down, she was already on her way back.
Just as he had said, moments later, Videl appeared at the classroom door.
"Teacher."
Standing outside, she hesitated, confused by the presence of a new instructor.
Princess Snake noticed her immediately, feeling slightly annoyed—how dare someone be late for her class?
She was about to reprimand Videl when her master's voice suddenly echoed in her mind.
After glancing at Yuujin, Snake had no choice but to hold back.
"Come in," she said indifferently and resumed the lesson.
Letting out a quiet sigh of relief, Videl quickly walked to her seat.
"Videl, you're getting more and more out of line, arriving late to class just like that," Sharpner sneered.
Videl was already used to his sarcasm and ignored him completely. This only made Sharpner's veins pop in irritation.
Damn Videl! She was ignoring him again!
"Hehe, Videl, are you okay?"
"Sorry to make you worry, Elisa. I'm fine now."
"That's good. Earlier, Sirus said you'd be back soon, and sure enough, here you are."
"He knew I'd be back?"
Elisa let out a breath of relief, while Videl suspiciously glanced at Yuujin.
Feeling her gaze, Yuujin smiled at her, making Videl quickly turn away.
"This guy is definitely not normal…"
Her heart raced as she thought to herself.
She had suspected for a long time that Yuujin and his friends weren't ordinary people. This wasn't just a lucky guess—he clearly possessed some ability to sense energy. He was a hidden martial artist.
And not just him—those two girls, Kakarot and Broly, were probably the same!
But that wasn't the most pressing matter. What really weighed on her mind was what Yuujin had said earlier.
Did he really believe her father was a true hero…?
Videl's emotions were in turmoil.
Despite everything that had happened, Yuujin's first day of school life remained relatively uneventful. Before they knew it, the afternoon bell rang—
"See you later, Elisa."
"See you, Videl."
Videl quickly packed her things and bid Elisa goodbye.
However, before leaving, she hesitated for a moment, then turned toward Yuujin's group.
"See you later, Kakarrot-san, Broly-san, and Sirus-kun."
Without waiting for a reply, she shouldered her bag and hurried out of the classroom.
Since the morning incident, she hadn't spoken to Yuujin's group. It was a bit surprising that she chose to say goodbye now. Yuujin raised an eyebrow in mild amusement.
"Videl seems quite busy," he remarked.
"Of course! She has to work after school every day."
Thinking about Videl's home situation, Elisa sighed.
Not wanting to dwell on that topic, she changed the subject—
"So, Sirus, are you guys planning to join any clubs?"
"Clubs? Not really interested. We're heading back soon."
"Where do you guys live? Aren't you going to invite me over for a visit?"
"We're not that close yet, are we? Aren't you worried we might take you home and do something bad?"
Yuujin eyed Elisa playfully.
"Hmph! I already consider you guys my friends! If you say something like that, even I'll get hurt!"
"Alright, alright, my bad. Please forgive me."
Elisa puffed her cheeks in mock anger, making Yuujin chuckle and raise his hands in surrender.
After spending the day together, he found her quite likable. If possible, he wouldn't mind maintaining their friendship during this school life.
"Hmph, that's more like it. I'll forgive you this time."
"And for the record, I'm not worried at all! I can tell whether someone is good or bad right away! That's why I'm not afraid of you guys!"
She grinned smugly.
Yuujin chuckled.
"Is that so? Impressive, Elisa."
"If you're so confident, then maybe I'll invite you over sometime."
"Okay, it's a promise!"
