His red eyes and attractive looks might have made him look like a special individual, but he did not stand out in Rain's eyes in any manner.

Rain was prepared for this. He was looking forward to gathering funds for their house, and since they could purchase pretty much anything with enough in this academy, he wanted to get a certain house in the outer area of the academy where he could live comfortably with all of his future partners.
He did not know how many people would join us permanently, but even if there aren't many permanent members in his harem, he was going to need a big place to host parties and to gather at least a few hundred people.
He did not have to worry about the inner space itself since he could just modify it by himself, but he needed a good place that would be attractive enough.
