Izumi Pov.
"I'm boooored." I groaned in exhaustion as I was tied back into the chair full of restraints. I could hear several moans around me.
"Will you just shut up for 5 minutes?!" Cinder yelled, completely frustrated. I laughed mentally, but on the outside, I just moaned pitifully.
"Can't we at least watch a movie?" I complained. Cinder massaged her temple. I could hear her counting to ten under her breath, trying to calm herself.
"You've already seen a movie; in fact, all you did was play or do whatever you wanted in here, you're a fucking hostage! Behave like one!" Cinder shouted once more, and I just moaned louder.
"Togaaa! Can you put on a movie!?" I asked with a groan.
"Of course, Izumi! What do you want to see?" Toga asked excitedly as she bounced up to the screen. Cinder moaned once more. Then the screen automatically turned on.
"And now, a scene from the events that just occurred, watch a scene of the public apology from the UA University board that was just sent out." The announcer's voice filled the room, and we all fell silent.
"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" Mercury said, sounding genuinely entertained. My gaze was fixed on the screen. Aizawa, Vlad Queen, and Principal Nezu stood before the cameras, bowing in apology.
It was time… I let my Haki spread slowly, and I could feel them. All Might's Haki and the other heroes' Haki near our position, and-
I used all my effort to keep my body from reacting when I felt Taylor, Ruby, Azula, and Darkness's haki, I... oh, I really didn't expect it. I didn't know if Midoriya was going to come; after all, I wasn't Bakugou, and there wasn't Kirishima around to convince him to go and all that.
Taylor and the others' coming was… surprising at best… until I remembered the damn GPS in my piercings, and I almost wanted to groan at my idiocy. The only good thing was that I could feel my fiancées' auras next to the heroes, so they weren't stupid enough to come on their own.
"We apologize for the incident. In our incompetence, we were attacked once again. Despite being an institution dedicated to the development of heroes and hunters, we were negligent in our defense against evil interests, and this has caused great anxiety within society."
"With the utmost sincerity, we humbly and respectfully apologize for our wrongdoings." Aizawa bowed once more, followed by the other two. I frowned. I know it's a distraction, but it bothers me that they had to apologize. No one was seriously hurt, and I'm sure anyone with a minor injury would have been treated by Maria.
Still, I'm sure the reporters wanted blood.
But that wasn't the worst part; the worst part was the damn feeling. I was already getting used to this feeling of doom I could sense with my observation haki —the form that screamed at me was the same as the previous disasters, but multiplied by 10.
It started a couple of hours ago —easy to ignore —but now it was practically screaming with urgency, and I knew who the warning was coming from this time. The damn AFO is on the move, and it's likely to be much worse than what happened in the canon.
" You're talking about student safety, but Mr. Eraserhead, it's said that during that incident, you incited the students to fight, right? Please explain what your intentions were." I rolled my eyes at the reporter's stupid question.
Yes, within the canon, it made sense; after all, they were still 15- and 16-year-olds, but here, we were all older —18 or older —and yet they still treated us like children; it was almost insulting.
Before I could pay attention again, I could feel some insects attaching themselves to my body. Once again, I avoided reacting. I was within Taylor's range, perfect. I could feel several of the insects discreetly attaching themselves to all the villains. It was a shame I had no way to communicate with her without attracting attention.
"There were only six professional heroes against 16 villains. Since we were unable to control the situation fully, I decided to prevent the worst possible outcome from happening," Aizawa said calmly.
"The worst possible outcome, you say? A student was kidnapped, a man, no less. Isn't that one of the worst possible outcomes?" the reporter asked again. I shuddered slightly and glared at the screen. I was about to break free and run into the conference room and kick her in the face.
"In that situation, the worst outcome I foresaw was that one of my students would become the victim of a massacre," Aizawa said solemnly. The reporter almost snorted at that response.
"You talk like that's the worst of it, but we're talking about a man, Eraserhead, ONE MAN, Izumi Miyamura, UA Sports Festival Champion by a wide margin, his strength is undisputed to the point where he's able to wield Enma, considered a cursed sword wielder killer."
"On the other hand, there are witnesses who say the young man's personality is… promiscuous, there are witnesses and statements about his sexual activities in public places and other similar activities, and let's not forget the situation with Hunter Tawata during his internship."
"...what if his kidnapping was a premeditated act with the intention of... taking advantage of the young man, or taking advantage of his... inclinations?" the presenter asked maliciously.
I gasped indignantly, wholly and genuinely indignant, me? Promiscuous!? She's absolutely correct! Partly! I only have sex with my fiancées! Tawata was just a source of amusement!
Also! How dare you think I'd be captured just to be a fucking breeding bull?! What the hell do you want the public to believe? That I'm kidnapped and constantly being raped?! Or what do you think? That I'd be okay with that and take advantage of it to have sex with anyone!?
I was one more damn word away from breaking through the wall and kicking that shitty female reporter right in the cunt! Hell, I could see Aizawa's expression from here, and he looked equally outraged. Come on, sensei! One kick in the cunt, I'm sure no one will mind!
"Hey, you just got called a whore on national television." Dabi sneered with a shit-eating grin. I glared at her and waited for Aizawa to do something.
Sadly, Aizawa just stood up and bowed once more.
"What happened was the result of my own failings. However… Miyamura is one of our most promising and heroic students in the entire hero course. He held off the Nomu during the USJ incident until All Might arrived, saving me and his classmates from any danger."
"Thanks to him, during the forest incident, no one was in danger. He immediately incapacitated the person with an extremely dangerous quirk. He defended with his life and prevented another student and a heroine from being kidnapped, a 6-year-old boy from being harmed, and he stopped the villains from kidnapping and recovering two extremely dangerous people.
"Even when he realized he was going to be kidnapped, he protected everyone without hesitation… Miyamura is a completely healthy hormonal teenager; he has every right to enjoy and explore a healthy sex life with his fiancées without adults turning his private life into a circus or neighborhood gossip for their entertainment." Aizawa glared at the reporter.
Oh... Stupid Aizawa, you're going to make me cry. I need the video recording to play it on the school speakers.
"As…revealing as your words are, the problem isn't how you feel about it. I want to ask if you already have a defined plan of action to address this issue." The reporter immediately changed the subject, and I audibly snorted.
"There's no way we're going to stand idly by without taking action. We're currently conducting an extensive investigation in collaboration with the police force. We're definitely going to bring our student back." Nezu said with all the confidence and determination, and I burst out laughing.
"I guess it's time to move," I said playfully. It seemed like more than one of them was going to speak, but I didn't really feel like listening to their monologues, so I simply let my shadows swallow the chair entirely. This put all the villains on alert. I could feel the insects squirming over my skin, which made me shudder slightly.
Honestly, I may have gotten used to having bugs on my body since I had no other choice when my fiancée was literally part of a vast swarm, but feeling them crawl on my skin still gave me the creeps.
"You could have gotten out at any moment?!" Twice squealing in surprise, I snorted in amusement.
"Of course I could, the fact that none of you thought I could do that was just plain stupid, I almost think it was Trickster's idea." I mocked Trickster once more. I could hear her grit her teeth. It'll never get old.
"And you're still at a disadvantage, just you against us, without weapons, against a whole gang of villains." Trickster mocked, trying to remain calm. I smiled sadistically, bent down slightly, and reached inside my shades.
"We're going to cut through to the bottom of hell, Enma," I said calmly as I pulled Enma out of my shadows, fully unsheathed. My aura exploded at the same time as Enma's, and all the villains completely tensed and went on guard. "You were saying?" I asked almost sadistically.
The villains seemed about to attack when they stopped dead in their tracks.
Knock, Knock
"The pizza you ordered is here~" The knock and the voice that sounded through the door caught everyone's attention. I just smiled widely.
"SMAASH!!!" All Might pushed back one of the building's walls with extreme ease, and I could see the surprise on all the other villains' faces. Still, the heroes moved without hesitation.
Kamui Woods entered from the gap in the wall, and the wood on her arms began to extend rapidly.
"Lacquered Chain Prison !" Kamui Wood exclaimed as all the villains were completely engulfed in her wood. Then I moved.
"Wood?! Something like this isn't going-"
"Don't rush it... You'd better stay still," Gran Torino said, appearing suddenly and kicking Dabi hard enough to leave her momentarily stunned. I, on the other hand, headed towards Trickster.
Oh, I wanted so badly to cut her in half, I would even settle for cutting off one of her arms or a leg. Still, sadly, the heroes were already here, so I turned Enma around, placing the blunt part of the sword forward, and Sun Breathing: Dance, my sword hit the back of her head with such force that it instantly knocked her unconscious.
As soon as I hit the ground, I turned around to go towards Cinder before stopping. To my surprise, Azula was already at her side, hitting Cinder's pressure points, leaving her completely limp and unable to move, before jumping towards another villain.
"THIS TIME YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO RUN AWAY, LEAGUE OF VILLAINS... AND DO YOU KNOW WHY?! BECAUSE WE'RE HERE!" All Might exclaimed almost furiously. "IT MUST HAVE BEEN TERRIFYING, YOUNG MIYAMURA, BUT YOU FOUGHT WELL! I APOLOGIZE... YOU'RE ALL RIGHT NOW." All Might said, trying to comfort me while giving me a thumbs up.
"That terrified idiot!? Ha! He made half of our members cry multiple times, gave Twice three mental breakdowns, and even almost convinced her to commit suicide! And then he continued to provoke and insult the other half, that bastard had us terrified!" Mercury exclaimed almost indignantly.
We all fell silent, and the heroes stared at me. I looked away immediately. I could hear Azula's palm smacking against her face. I'm sure Taylor did, too, by the way her bugs froze in place.
"For the love of Agni, Izumi, even if you're kidnapped, you can't behave yourself." Azula muttered in frustration. I wanted to burst out laughing, but I'm sure that won't help my defense.
"I guess there's no other way... boss... I need all the Nomu in our position!" Cinder shouted, only for nothing to happen. Cinder's eyes widened slightly, understanding that she wouldn't have any reinforcements for the moment.
"YOU UNDERESTIMATED US WAY TOO MUCH, LEAGUE OF VILLAINS, ESPECIALLY THE POLICE INVESTIGATIONS… AND OUR ANGER! YOUR PRANKS HAVE GONE TOO FAR!" All Might said, sounding furious once again.
I could feel the other group of heroes moving closer to our position, at the Nomu factory. My Haki was now screaming so loudly that it almost physically hurt. Time for games was up; now is where things get worse.
"All Might! SHE's with the other group! They need your help!" I exclaimed quickly. All Might's eyes widened, and he looked conflicted for a split second before he shot out of the building at high speed.
I hope All Might can hold off AFO I have to hurry there.
