After Prescott Philip, and his crew aboard their Eldridge-Class-Battleship, known as the starship "Spirit of Freedom", were reassigned by the Terran Trifecta Union, it becomes increasingly obvious that the Union's government simply wanted them out of power, and out of the way. Now in search of work and a new purpose, Prescott and his crew will do just about anything... except another government sponsored job.
