Diplomatic representatives from various countries gathered together to discuss viable plans for rescuing hostages.
At that moment, the telephone in the Embassy suddenly rang. After answering the call, the Joint Ambassador solemnly hung up the receiver and said, "The Ban Sai militants have given us their final ultimatum: if the ransom isn't delivered to the Ban Sai base by nightfall, they will start killing one hostage every half hour, and insist that a female family representative of the hostages deliver the ransom."
An ambassador said, "Then we should send the ransom first before anything else. Human lives are in jeopardy; those are insane, cold-hearted people. If we annoy them, they might indeed behead the hostages. They are truly capable of doing it."
The Joint Ambassador hesitated for a moment then asked, "Have all the family members of the hostages arrived?"
