Seeing them come in, President Damel apologized with a smile, "Sorry, I'm getting old and a bit unwell; I can't stand up to greet the distinguished guests."
Lao Tian smiled humbly yet confidently, "It's quite late for a visit, we've disturbed your rest. It's been a while, how have you been? Our country cares greatly about you."
Hearing Lao Tian's words, a relieved smile appeared on President Damel's face.
After exchanging some pleasantries, Lao Tian got to the point, "Mr. Damel, as the saying goes, no one visits a temple without a cause. I suppose you know that this morning the Seal Team from M country seized one of our ships. We hope you could mediate in this matter; that's why we rush here today."
President Damel's smile faded, his expression turning serious, aware of why these people were here, he regretfully couldn't do much.
