When Chris came downstairs after taking a shower, wearing his comfortable Solaceon Town pajamas, he was greeted by an unexpected sight. Three Pokémon sat together on the living room sofa, completely absorbed in their video game session. Mew, Wobbuffet, and Togepi were clustered around the gaming console, their expressions filled with pure joy and concentration.

"Mew?" Chris's eyes widened in disbelief. For a moment, he wondered if his longing to see Mew again had caused him to hallucinate. The mythical Pokémon he had been desperately searching for was sitting right there in his living room, as if it belonged there all along.

Chris rubbed his eyes vigorously with the back of his hand and looked again. Between Wobbuffet and Togepi, the distinctive pink form of Mew remained perfectly visible. This wasn't some trick of the light or wishful thinking—Mew was actually here, in his home.

But how had Mew managed to appear at his house? Chris's mind raced with possibilities. Could it be that when he couldn't find Mew that day, it was because the mythical Pokémon had already left the Aura Secret Realm? When the Bird Secret Realm closed its entrance, had Mew somehow followed him all the way back to Green Valley?

That seemed like the only logical explanation Chris could think of. Mew possessed incredible abilities, including the power of invisibility. It wouldn't have been difficult for such a legendary Pokémon to slip out of the Aura Secret Realm unnoticed and trail him all the way to Green Valley without being detected.

"Mew~" The pink Pokémon raised one small paw and waved at Chris in a friendly greeting, acknowledging his presence with what seemed like genuine happiness.

"Why did you decide to come with me?" Chris asked with a warm smile, his initial shock giving way to curiosity and delight. "Doesn't the Tree of Beginning need you to guard it?" Before Mew had never left the Bird's Secret Realm, so Chris casually tossed a Pokéblock in its direction as a welcoming gesture.

"Mew~" Mew caught the Pokéblock effortlessly and consumed it in one quick bite. Its petite figure then rose gracefully into the air, spinning in a playful circle above the sofa. The sight was both mesmerizing and somehow comforting.

Suddenly, reality seemed to tear open as a dimensional hole appeared in the middle of the living room. Chris could see through to the other side—a lush forest environment from which powerful waves of Aura energy began flowing into his home. The sensation was unmistakable and overwhelming.

"Mew~" Mew gestured toward the portal, indicating to Chris that it could return to the Tree of Beginning whenever it chose to do so.

"The Aura Secret Realm?" Chris's eyes widened once again as understanding dawned on him. Without hesitation, he stepped through the mysterious portal.

Standing in the heart of the forest, Chris felt the familiar cold wind against his face, carrying with it the intense Aura energy that permeated this sacred place. Looking around at the towering trees and sensing the powerful presence of the Tree of Beginning, he confirmed what he already suspected—he had indeed returned to the Aura Secret Realm.

"This is incredible," Chris breathed, taking in the magnitude of what had just happened.

Mew could apparently travel anywhere at will, creating portals to enter and exit the Aura Secret Realm as easily as opening a door! This meant that Chris could potentially access this sacred training ground whenever he needed to, thanks to Mew's extraordinary abilities.

"Can I come here to practice regularly in the future?" Chris asked Mew hopefully, hardly daring to believe such a wonderful opportunity might be possible.

"Mew~" Mew nodded enthusiastically, then pointed to its mouth and extended its paw toward Chris expectantly.

Chris immediately understood and produced another Pokéblock, which he handed over with a grateful smile.

"Wobbuffet!" The blue Pokémon wailed in disappointment from back in the living room. It had lost yet another game, once again defeated by the remarkably lucky Togepi.

"Mew~~" Hearing its gaming partner's distress, Mew immediately flew back through the portal, took the controller from Wobbuffet's flippers, and began an intense gaming session with the patient Pokémon.

Standing alone in the Aura Secret Realm, Chris watched Mew return to its "battle" with a sense of wonder that felt like discovering light after wandering in darkness. The feeling reminded him of the old saying about finding hope when all seemed lost.

He had resigned himself to waiting until next year to re-enter the Aura Secret Realm and see Mew again. Who could have predicted that Mew would follow him home and be able to open portals to the Aura Secret Realm whenever he wanted to enter?

This wasn't just a pleasant surprise—this was an absolute miracle that would change everything about his training regimen!

If he had known he would be able to access the Aura Secret Realm again so soon, he wouldn't have felt compelled to stay up all night practicing with such intensity. He had pushed himself so hard that he'd nearly caused himself to lose hair from stress at such a young age.

Tomorrow morning, he would bring Greninja and his other Pokémon back into the secret realm for serious training. Tonight, he would let them get the good rest they deserved.

Walking back out of the Aura Secret Realm, Chris watched as the portal-like opening closed automatically behind him, sealing the dimensional gateway as if it had never existed.

"Here you go!" Hariyama emerged from the kitchen carrying a steaming bowl of wontons, the delicious aroma filling the living room.

"Thank you, please set it on the table," Chris said gratefully as he sat down to enjoy his late-night meal. While eating, he continued watching Mew and Togepi engage in their gaming competition.

Unlike Wobbuffet, who struggled against Togepi's incredible luck, Mew and Togepi seemed evenly matched. Their games were exciting back-and-forth battles where either player could emerge victorious.

During the time it took Chris to finish his supper, Mew and Togepi completed ten intense gaming matches. The final score was 6-4, with Togepi managing to claim a narrow victory!

This result left Chris completely dumbfounded and questioning everything he thought he knew about these Pokémon.

In his opinion, the outcome should have been much closer to a tie. Mew had been at a significant disadvantage initially since it was encountering video games for the very first time. Togepi had won several games in a row at the beginning, taking advantage of its experience and familiarity with the controls.

However, once Mew mastered the game mechanics, the two competitors had traded victories fairly evenly. What surprised Chris most wasn't which of the two Pokémon demonstrated superior gaming skills, since both had shown remarkable adaptability and strategic thinking.

When it came to gaming, technical skill was certainly important, but luck played an equally crucial role in determining the outcome. Wobbuffet's lack of fortune compared to Togepi was the primary reason it hadn't managed to win a single game despite countless opportunities. Time after time, Wobbuffet would build up a commanding lead only to have some inexplicable stroke of bad luck completely ruin its chances at the last moment.

Right now, however, Togepi and Mew appeared to be perfectly matched in terms of luck, which seemed almost impossible to believe.

Togepi's extraordinary luck was beyond question. Chris still suspected that it was thanks to Togepi's presence that he had been fortunate enough to encounter the Shiny Ralts, the Totem Tyranitar, and various other incredibly rare Pokémon during his adventures.

But Mew was a legendary Pokémon of incomparable rarity and power! It was unique in the world, revered as the "ancestor of all Pokémon genes" and possessing abilities that defied conventional understanding.

The fact that Togepi could match Mew evenly in a contest that relied heavily on chance was simply mind-boggling!

Togepi was definitely classified as a Normal-type Pokémon known for its exceptional luck, but wasn't this particular Togepi's fortune a bit too extraordinary? Chris began to wonder if Togepi might actually be some kind of mythical Pokémon in disguise, possessing powers that went far beyond what anyone realized.

After finishing his late dinner, Chris noticed it was already past eleven o'clock. He announced to all the Pokémon that it was time to rest, suggesting they could continue their gaming tournament the following morning after everyone had gotten a proper night's sleep.

While Mew might not require traditional rest like other Pokémon, both Togepi and Wobbuffet definitely needed their sleep to maintain their health and energy levels.

Chris carefully carried Togepi back to his bedroom, where he had prepared small, comfortable beds for his Pokémon companions. He had initially set up two beds—one for Togepi and another for Wobbuffet, who often spent the night in his room.

When Mew followed them into the bedroom, Chris quickly arranged a third small bed to accommodate their legendary guest.

The three Pokémon immediately settled into their respective beds, lying down in a neat row like old friends preparing for a sleepover.

"Togepi~ (Good night everyone!)" Togepi chirped softly, its voice filled with contentment.

"Wobbuffet! (Sweet dreams!)" Wobbuffet added cheerfully, seeming to have forgotten about its gaming losses.

"Mew~" the legendary Pokémon contributed its own gentle goodnight.

"Good night to all of you," Chris responded warmly, unable to suppress a smile as he looked at the three unlikely companions.

Who would have ever imagined that such different Pokémon would become such close friends and gaming partners? However, when he thought about it more carefully, their friendship wasn't really that surprising. All three were adorable, gentle creatures with playful personalities that naturally complemented each other.

The irony wasn't lost on Chris that while he had never officially captured Mew with a Poké Ball, the legendary Pokémon seemed to have chosen to stay with him anyway. In many ways, it felt like he had gained a new team member through friendship rather than traditional capture methods.

Chris settled into his own bed, turned off the lights, and prepared to drift off to sleep. But just as he was getting comfortable, his phone chimed with an incoming message, the bright screen illuminating the entire darkened room.

"Who could be messaging me at this late hour?" Chris wondered aloud as he sat up and reached for his phone to check the notification.

There was only one message, sent by Professor Vladimir, his former teacher and mentor.

The message read: "Have you emerged from the Aura Secret Realm yet? Please come to Dragon University as soon as possible. The one-year deadline is approaching rapidly, and it's time for us to retrieve the research data we've been waiting for."
