Chapter 100 - CHAPTER 98: Poseidon's Location

The night on Sky Island is more beautiful than the night on the land below.

A crescent moon gradually appeared in the night sky, and the bright starlight seemed like mischievous children opening their eyes, twinkling high above.

Luffy yawned and lay down bored on the bed in the temple.

"Hmm?"

Raising an eyebrow, Luffy sat up and looked at the divine soldiers scattered across the temple floor.

Aside from dozens of divine soldiers dressed in white, there were also two divine maidens on either side of the bed, who used to serve Enel.

All of them had a pair of small wings on their backs.

At that moment, they woke up one after another and were shocked to see the mess in the temple.

Looking up, they saw Luffy sitting on the bed.

"Who... who are you? Where is Enel-sama?" one of the fat men exclaimed in a panic.

"Behind you."

Luffy pointed with his hand.

Everyone turned and immediately saw Enel's body, their faces turning pale.

"Enel-sama... is dead?"

"Some of you, clean up the temple. And you..."

Saying this, Luffy looked at the divine maiden who had just woken up next to him and ordered, "Go prepare some food for me."

The divine maiden looked confused but still followed the order instinctively.

In no time, Luffy had taken control of the entire temple.

Originally, the place wasn't large, and there weren't many people in total.

After realizing Enel's death, they immediately knelt before the stronger man.

The divine maidens created a snow-white dining table out of cloud shells and served various delicacies and wines.

Only then did Luffy begin to eat.

A short time later, two men and a woman entered through the door.

When Robin and the other two entered the temple, they were instantly stunned by the scene before them.

"Luffy?"

"You made it. Hungry? It's dinner time. But it doesn't taste as good as Sanji's cooking."

Luffy looked at the three of them.

Sanji was covered in injuries, supported by Zoro, while Robin seemed fine.

The three sat at the table one after another. They hadn't eaten all day and were starving.

"How are you feeling?" Luffy smiled and asked Sanji.

"The fighting abilities of the priests were really strong. It's manageable one-on-one, but two-on-one... I'm glad I mastered the Storm Kick," Sanji shook his head.

He felt a sense of urgency. That guy with the mossy green hair handled two people with ease. Since he had mastered Observation Haki, he wasn't at a disadvantage even against the priests' Mantra.

In comparison, Sanji's kick technique couldn't land a hit when fighting two attackers. They dodged everything.

If not for the final move, Tempest Kick, he would've been defeated by those two.

"Luffy, why do these priests call Observation Haki 'Mantra'?"

"Maybe because it sounds better? Haki is a relatively rare power in the first half of the Grand Line. They probably don't know the ability they've mastered is actually called Observation Haki," Luffy guessed.

At that moment, Robin took a notebook from her bag and handed it to Luffy.

"This is a record I found in the ruins of Shandora. It's written in ancient text."

Keep the true meaning in your heart, remain silent. We are the weavers of history, in sync with the bell of the Great Bell Tower.

She continued, "According to the text, Shandora was destroyed to protect true history. At the center of the four altars, there's a Great Bell Tower, also known as the Golden Bell, where the true contents are recorded."

She sighed, resting her chin in one hand and looking directly at Luffy with a slight smile.

"I couldn't find it. I searched the ruins, but I couldn't find the Great Bell Tower. Captain Luffy, can you tell me?"

As she spoke, she took off her high heels and silently stretched out her legs, gently rubbing them against Luffy.

A small action completely hidden under the table.

Luffy reached out and grabbed her foot, giving a stimulating massage to her sole.

"Do I still need to tell you? Can't you guess where it is?" Luffy said.

Robin, unable to tease him, was teased instead. Her expression couldn't hide how annoyed she felt.

She wanted to pull away, but was held firmly. She could only grit her teeth and endure it.

"It's... it's above this temple? At the top of the bean stalk?"

"Yep," Luffy nodded.

Noticing the subtle tension in her tone, Sanji asked, confused, "What's wrong, Miss Robin?"

"It's nothing!" Robin mustered some strength and finally pulled her foot back.

Luffy flipped the situation and immediately laughed, "I'll take you up there later."

You dared tease me—and even peeked when I was being intimate with Vivi. You're such a bad woman!

Zoro drank heavily and ate heartily, while Sanji pretended not to notice what was going on.

So, only those two knew about their little exchange.

Soon, under the guidance of White Beret, Nami and the others arrived outside the temple.

Luffy had the guards bring them in.

When Nami saw Luffy and the others, she was instantly stunned.

"God? Why are you here, Luffy?"

"If you mean the god, he's over there. I already dealt with him. Did you find the gold after half a day of searching?"

Nami shot him a scornful look and walked over.

She grabbed a glass of wine and drank it down.

"I thought hard about it, Luffy. You knew, didn't you? And you still made me go!"

Damn it, I really want to bite him to death!

The others also came in one after another and sat at the table to eat.

Knowing they would arrive, Luffy had specifically ordered a large enough table for everyone to sit around.

"Didn't you have a lot of fun?"

Luffy couldn't help but laugh.

"Yeah, I bought a lot of things, but I spent a ton of money." Nami took a few shopping bags from Valentine and said, "I bought new clothes for you. You've suddenly grown taller, your old clothes don't fit anymore."

Upon hearing this, Luffy was slightly surprised.

A woman who would buy clothes for him—and actually think of such a thing—besides his mother in his previous life, she was the second.

He couldn't help but feel grateful in his heart.

"Thanks, Nami. I'll take you to find the gold later."

Nami showed a happy expression and handed the shopping bags to Valentine, then sat next to Luffy.

After everyone finished dinner, Luffy took Robin and found the Golden Bell.

The historical text that had existed for 800 years was embedded at the base of the bell tower and had been abandoned for 400 years. No one had cared for it, and it was now covered in moss.

Robin walked over to the historical text and touched the words carved into it.

"Poseidon, the Ancient Weapon named after a god..."

She murmured softly and, after reading the entire contents, sighed regretfully: "This Poneglyph records the location of another ancient weapon. It's not what I wanted to know."

Pluton of Alabasta, according to what Crocodile said, was a warship capable of destroying an entire island with a single shot.

And there were other weapons like this...

Such a dangerous thing is now sleeping somewhere in the world.

Is that why she's being hunted by the government?

With her mind uneasy, Robin slowly turned and, under the moonlight, looked at Luffy with her dark eyes.

"The location of that weapon is written here, Luffy. Do you want to know?"

"It's on Fishman Island."

"Hmph. If you really want to be useful, then entertain me, try to throw those pathetic power stones at me. Let's see if even your insolence can amuse a king."
