·Red And Blue

I slammed into Homelander like a meteor.

The sky tore open around us as we rocketed downward, spinning in a violent spiral of fists, heat, and lightning. The city below was nothing but a blur of neon and concrete, growing larger by the second. Homelander struggled, his hands clawing at my arms, his legs kicking against my ribs, but I didn't let go.

Not this time.

The wind screamed past our ears. The air turned thick, resisting us, but we broke through it like a bullet from a gun.

And then—

Impact.

We hit the ground like an atomic bomb.

The earth **shattered** beneath us. A shockwave tore through the streets, sending cars flipping like tin cans, streetlights bending like wilted flowers. The surrounding buildings **collapsed inward**, glass and steel raining down in a deadly cascade. The force of our landing sent **cracks racing through the asphalt**, carving deep scars into the city's foundation.

And at the center of it all?

Me.

And the bastard I was about to kill.

Homelander groaned beneath me, his suit torn, his chest rising and falling with sharp, ragged breaths. Blood—his blood—streaked his face, trailing from a cut on his forehead down to his smirking lips.

He was enjoying this.

So was I.

"You hit like a fucking truck," he muttered, wiping his mouth.

"Funny," I said, my fingers tightening around his throat. "I was just about to say the same thing."

His eyes flickered—then **lit up.**

A **beam of pure heat** exploded from his face, the red-hot energy **burning straight through my palm.** The pain was immediate, blinding, but I didn't let go. Instead, I drove my **other** fist into his face, burying it so deep into his jaw that I felt something **snap.**

His heat vision flickered out.

His body **jerked** from the force of the punch, and for the first time, his cocky expression wavered.

I leaned in, my face inches from his.

"That all you got?"

His response?

He **bit down** on my shoulder, teeth sinking through my suit, through my skin.

I roared in pain.

Electricity crackled violently around us, the sky above **darkening** as my rage surged. **Lightning danced between my fingers**, sparking wildly, until I let it loose—

**BOOM.**

A **bolt of raw, godlike energy** **erupted** from my body, sending Homelander flying like a ragdoll. He crashed through a skyscraper, his body **tearing through steel beams and glass like tissue paper** before disappearing into the wreckage.

For a moment, the world was **silent.**

Smoke curled from my fingertips. My breath came in heavy, shuddering gasps. The streets around me were **ruined**—craters where sidewalks used to be, buildings standing **half-demolished**, cars burning, sirens wailing in the distance.

People were **running.** Screaming. Crying.

I didn't care.

I turned toward the wreckage where I'd sent Homelander flying.

And then—

The **skyscraper exploded.**

Homelander shot out of it like a missile, **faster than before, angrier than before.** His face was twisted, his usual smirk **gone**, replaced by something **uglier.**

Rage.

Pure, **unfiltered rage.**

I barely had time to react before he was **on me.**

His hands wrapped around my throat, **lifting me off the ground**, his grip like iron. **Faster than thought**, he shot into the sky, dragging me with him, higher, higher, until the city was nothing but a speck beneath us.

The air turned thin. The temperature dropped.

We were in the **stratosphere.**

And then—he let go.

**I fell.**

The wind **ripped** at my body, my hair whipping wildly around my face as I plummeted, faster, faster, the city **rushing up to meet me.**

And Homelander?

He **stayed where he was.** Watching. Smiling.

That motherfucker.

But there was something that he didn't know.

How could I be called Thor, if I had not that power?

I twisted in midair, lightning flaring around me, and then—

I.... stopped falling.

The air **crackled.** My body **hummed** with energy. My descent **slowed**, then halted entirely, until I was **hovering**, floating in the sky like a living storm.

I looked up at Homelander.

His smirk was gone again.

Good.

I clenched my fists. Lightning **coiled** around my arms, slithering up my body like living snakes.

He gritted his teeth.

Then—

We charged.

The sky erupted.

We met in a clash of pure destruction, our punches sending **shockwaves** rippling through the clouds, scattering them like dust. Thunder **boomed** around us, flashing with every strike.

He **slammed a knee into my ribs.** I felt something break. I responded with an **uppercut to his jaw,** sending him spiraling. He recovered in an instant, his **heat vision carving through the sky** like a red-hot blade, **grazing my shoulder.**

Pain.

I **gritted my teeth,** dodging the next beam, closing the distance, and driving **both fists into his gut.** The air **rippled** from the force, the clouds **splitting apart.**

We weren't fighting anymore.

We were **destroying.**

The city below?

**It would never be the same again.**

And neither would he.

Because I wasn't just fighting him anymore.

I was **breaking him.**

One punch at a time.
