So she decided that Joy Boy's ideal was impossible.
That's why she betrayed Joy Boy, overthrew the Great Kingdom, and created her own World Government.
And Imu, who grew up in Mary Geoise, strongly agreed with Imu's ideas. He also believed that Joy Boy's ideal, which is Shanks's current ideal, was impossible.
