Records imply a moment separate from another that can be marked. To mark something is to draw a line, and no lines existed.

Nothing traced it.

Tracing assumes a path. A path assumes a direction. Direction assumes a difference between here and there. None of that held any structure here.

If awareness passed over it, that awareness did not increase or decrease. Increase and decrease belong to quantities, and no quantities applied.

It did not become normal.

Normal would suggest comparison against something else. There was nothing else to compare.

It did not become extraordinary.

Extraordinary assumes a baseline to be exceeded. No baseline had ever been set.

It did not take its place.

Place suggests boundaries. Boundaries suggest inside and outside. Both concepts were irrelevant.

No presence acknowledged it, and yet nothing was unaware of it—because awareness and unawareness both rely on recognition, and recognition never had conditions to form.
