The Black Wind King is a Bear Demon who has attained refinement, occupied three hundred miles of land after surpassing his tier.
Within this land lies a small city and three villages.
The Human Clan within are all servants cultivated by the Black Wind Demon King, providing him incense and serving as his source of Blood Food.
Previously, the neighboring Tiger King attacked the Taixuan Mountain Range but was killed. The Black Wind King intended to annex his territory, but amidst the struggles with other Demon Kings, only managed to gain a dilapidated village, where the humans had already been entirely devoured by the Tiger King's subordinates.
Thus, the Black Wind King selected young and strong humans from his ranks, transported them to this ruined village, and established a rule that his Demon Clan subordinates should not devour the humans here for ten years, allowing the population to grow.
