Using the fact that Tokyo became a demonic realm and everyone in the world of sorcery is on edge, he has secretly interfered with the fate of many individuals.
These people fall into two main categories.
One is like Itadori Yuji, those who have absorbed some sort of cursed objects.
The other is those who, like most sorcerers, are born with techniques but are unable to use sorcery due to insufficient curse force or simply average brain structure.
Many of the former are people Geto Suguru contacted in secret and modified to a certain extent. The reason why they absorbed cursed objects is mostly due to Geto Suguru's actions.
The latter have been secretly marked by Geto Suguru, with some manipulations done to them, to varying degrees.
