Wei Yuan finished annotating the documents and flipped through the pile on the desk, pulling one out from the middle because it bore Sun Yu's personal mark.
Actually, Wei Yuan could completely use Divine Thought to handle public affairs amidst the All Realms Prosperity, processing tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of matters at once, far more efficiently.
However, Wei Yuan still liked the documents written on Jade Paper. When the upper level appreciates something, the lower level will follow suit, so the most important batch of documents, unless particularly urgent, would be recorded on Jade Paper and sent to Wei Yuan.
Jade Paper has another advantage; it can convey True Intent. Many things in the Cultivation World are difficult to articulate clearly, but a True Intent can make it all clear.
