The Qingming Immortal City has once again transformed into a massive construction site, with the main focus centered around the Mountain and Sea Hall. Eight equally-sized Mountain and River Halls are being built closely around the Mountain and Sea Hall, to eventually be refined into a single entity, making the existing Mountain and Sea Hall nine times larger.
This is an enormous project. Upon completion, the Mountain and River Hall will be a magnificent building spanning a hundred and fifty zhang in radius, reaching eighty zhang high, visible from a hundred li away.
Once the entire Mountain and River Hall is completed, its map will cover all of the Nine Countries of Great Tang, along with some surrounding areas. Wei Yuan has also reserved land plots around the Mountain and River Hall to build another circle, making it sixteen times the original size.
