So after firing two shots, Jimmy immediately lay on the ground to observe the manor several hundred meters away, while crawling into a semi-underground bunker.
However, he's somewhat overestimating the opponents. After waiting for a few minutes, he still hasn't discovered anyone coming out of the manor, nor any searchlights or anything like that. Unless the opponent is using infrared binoculars, they probably haven't noticed Jimmy.
