Chi Yan fed her a piece, then ate one himself, thankful that Lin Murong wasn't around. Otherwise, he'd be yelling about dog abuse again.
His timing was perfect; Su Yinhe finished watching the show just as they finished the fruit.
Everything was just right.

Su Yinhe still had the last piece of watermelon in her mouth.
She chewed it; the watermelon was very sweet, juicy, and delicious. "It's good."
"Do you like it?" he asked again.
"I like it, of course, I like it. How could I not?" she responded.
"Then I'll make you another one next time. Or, I can go make a few more right now and put them in the space. Whenever you want to eat, just take them out..."
