On the dark cliff crevice, Luo Zheng and Shadow slowly descended with Snow Fox, relying entirely on the flashlight for illumination. Fortunately, there were many footholds on the cliff face, and after repeating the process several times, they finally made it down to the bottom without any major mishaps. Both of them were gasping for breath, almost exhausted, and had to sit down and rest anywhere they could find on the ground.
Luo Zheng scanned the surroundings with his flashlight. It was pitch-dark, and even the strong beam couldn't illuminate very far. However, he could see the small river flowing beside them, surrounded by low shrubs and various odd-looking stones. Perhaps due to the lack of sunlight, the plants had a somewhat grayish color, and under the flashlight, they looked rather eerie.
