Late for the evening self-study, Ning An entered the classroom a few minutes behind schedule.
"Ning An, you finally made it!" Tian Yu saw her and couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief.
"What happened?" Seeing her big reaction, it looked like something had happened.
Tian Yu, "The tutor just came to take attendance, and I said you had a stomach ache and were in the restroom. I reckon he'll be back to check on it, so remember not to slip up."
"Got it!" Ning An nodded.
No sooner had she finished speaking than she saw the tutor's figure appear again at the door of the classroom.
"Ning An, come out for a moment." It really was him coming to get her.
Ning An stood up and walked out, not waiting for him to speak before she took the initiative to explain, "Tutor, I just had a stomachache, so I…"
She hadn't finished speaking when he interrupted her, "I didn't call you out for this reason."
