Zhonglang, a small country that superficially seems indistinguishable from other Southeast Dao Countries, has never had a shining moment in Jinxiu's history, whether in the Mortal World or the Cultivation World.
Its only characteristic is its coastal terrain, occupying a trivial stretch of just over two hundred miles along the endless coastline of the Southeast region and the Sky's End Ocean. Because the area is quite remote, it has never been a place of interest for humans or the Sea Clan.
Being a coastal country, it naturally has a few affiliated islands, among which Mo Island is particularly special.
This is a small island, just a dozen or so nautical miles from the continental shelf. The island is barren, devoid of life, because it is a Volcanic Island.
Though it does not erupt, the crater is shrouded in smoke all year round, proving that magma is still moving inside.
