Ah Ming and the others bought a ten o'clock flight back to Jiang City.
Qi Ming left in a hurry last night and didn't take any luggage. His things were still in the previous room, so after breakfast, he returned to the suite he had shared with Wen Shu to get his belongings.
He intended to swipe the room card and go straight in, but just a second before placing the card to the door, he withdrew it and rang the doorbell instead.
Soon, the door opened.
Wen Shu's slightly haggard face appeared before him.
Wen Shu hadn't expected Qi Ming to be outside the door, and her eyes lit up: "Ah Ming, you're back."
"I'm here to get my luggage. Can I come in?" Qi Ming said coldly.
Wen Shu's gaze dimmed immediately. She lowered her head and stepped aside, allowing Qi Ming to enter.
"Thank you."
Qi Ming hadn't brought much with him to Hai City, so he packed up quickly. As he was about to leave with his suitcase, Wen Shu suddenly spoke.
"Ah Ming, can we talk?"
