Shi Mei was startled by his words, "Are you dumb? If you die now, we're finished."
The anger which Shi Lingyan initially felt loosened a bit at her words, his expression softened and he reached out to stroke her hair.
"You should go back to Yan City," Shi Mei said, "The earlier you go back, the sooner you can see her. Regardless of the situation, show her that you didn't mean her any harm."
"But I did."
Shi Mei was amused by his teasing and nearly couldn't keep her face mask in place, pushing him away while saying irritably, "Even if you did, you have to say you didn't. Are you stupid? "You're rushing me off," Shi Lingyan's voice was a little melancholic, "I'm not going."
