The hairstylist looked puzzled, not understanding why the boss had such an intense reaction all of a sudden.
"Where is she now?"
Suddenly, the boss reached out and grabbed the hairstylist's hands with such force that the veins on his hands bulged.
Both being men, the stylist could endure the pain; he just stared at the boss's trembling hands, still in disbelief.
It was a while before he responded, "She... she left a long time ago! She left in the afternoon; she couldn't possibly wait for us until this late!"
Only then did the boss let go of his hands, sighing disconsolately and uneasily, his expression indescribably complex.
Then, as if remembering something, he continued to ask, "Didn't she leave any contact information?"
The hairstylist shook his head: "No."
Suddenly he frowned, thinking to himself: Right, how could she plan on a collaboration without leaving contact information? She must not be serious about collaborating!
