Her name is Rachel and she is overpowered. Because she can wield every magic color and shade of the known rainbows and spectrums she has been chosen by the realm as its protector.

So what do you do when you are essentially the chosen one but all you like to do is learn and explore?

Well Rachel does the bare minimum. She learns all she can about her abilities but she does not improve them or her soul well. She understands the realm but refuses to fully learn the language of light and color to fully communicate with it. And she makes sure that her realm is safe but she does not actively work to do this. She merely acts when issues arise.

now the balance of the realm and cosmos is suddenly in an odd disarray never before seen and Rachel has to quickly learn how to be proactive instead of reactive. 

She has to lead. She has to allow her soul well and her magics to grow and evolve and she has to put the people she loves in danger to save their world.

In Trannisa magic is color. Different color denotes a different type of magic. spells are woven for all, who can see, to see. 

And Rachel can weave better than any Milana ever known, at least remembered. Soon she will have to use her abilities and talents against the one who should have been her greatest ally.

Soon she will have to become the protector she never thought she could be.

And soon she will need to make choices that will forever change who she is and that will reshape Trannisa realm forever.

There was a large dome of light at the bottom of the hill where the Salmoon sat. It a dome large enough for a thousand or more people. Rebecca rolled her eyes as she looked to Rachel.


"Did it really need to be this big? Huge actually, did it really need to be this huge?"


It was lit brilliantly but, because it was in the abyss so it did not push back much of the darkness. There was only slightly brilliant light immediately around the dome and a shallow pool that was a narrow circumference around that. Still the Salmoon seemed to look down on the illumination with quiet amusement. 


As if this were an impressive effort from the youngsters of the realm.


Rachel frowned as she seemed to feel the Salmoon's gaze on her. She hoped this woman had not retained that much of her sentience. She shuddered. That would be a cruel fate indeed.
