(Baelon's POV)
I walked inside Helaena's quarters, "We have to speak." I said, "Now."
I stopped in the middle of the room, seeing that both she and Rhaenyra were sitting in the couch, drinking tea from their cups.
"What is it?" Helaena asked with a surprised look on her face, "Did something happen?"
I looked around, "Where is Valerion?" I asked, "Daella?"
"Daella is asleep." Rhaenyra said, "And so is Valerion."
"Hm...." I said with a nod, "Good."
"What is wrong?" Helaena asked, "Did something happen?"
I began to pace back and forth in front of them, "I have done plenty of thinking." I said seriously with my hands behind my back, "I want to end it."
"End what?" Rhaenyra asked, "What is going on?"
I stopped and looked at them, "This entire conflict." I said, "It has been months....not a single fucking peep...."
"Oh." Helaena said, "Y-You should wait and see what Father says first..."
"Helaena, my love." I started, "He is indecisive, you know that. His entire demeanor rubbed off on me! I need to do something and quickly end this..."
"What brought this up, Baelon?" Rhaenyra asked, "You cannot expect us to accept the fact that you will fly all the way to Mereen and just end things. What will you do? Will you burn the entire place down until you find Gael?"
"I do not know." I said, "This entire time has been nothing but stagnant. I want something done already. I have restless nights, you all know that.....I want to have closure!"
"Baelon, you need to calm down." Helaena stood up and walked over to me, "You are no longer the reckless Prince that went ahead and burned Skagos down....you are no longer the one who accepted a Trial By Seven and won....You are a Father...you are the Heir....you need to think things through...."
"I have...." I said, "I need a few weeks, that is all. I have sources in Essos, I will mobilize them. Give me Aemond and Vhagar and we will end it. Daemon, just in case."
"What good will come out from this?" Rhaenyra asked, "I understand that you wish to finish things but you have crippled their forces twice. Their chances of being a threat to us are lower than they were at one point."
"But they can still reach us, Rhaenyra." I said, "T-That is what they did! That is how they got me, they defiled me...or have you forgotten that?"
"I have not...." She frowned, "I would never forget that...."
"Baelon..." Helaena placed her hand on my chest, "Let us sit down and discuss it thoroughly...we need more time...you need more time...."
"How much more time do I need???" I said, "If what Gael says is true, if the boy is my son.....w-what kind of Father would I be if I just forsake him...I cannot have that, Helaena..."
She patted my cheek, "I understand...." She said, "I do....but you must understand....that the boy is not your only son....he is not your only child....you have two of them here....and they will need their Father.....alive. "
"I will be fine." I told her
"This is not wise, Baelon." Rhaenyra said, "There is no proper opening....you could be flying to some sort of trap...you do not know what could happen..it is too risky...."
I sighed and looked down, "I am tired....."
"Baelon?" Helaena asked
"I am tired of constantly being anxious...." I said softly, "I am tired of having nightmares about that night.....Min is not the only one that has them....I am tired...I am tired of worrying about a child across the world...I am tired of feeling guilty about the girls that died...I want to end it...that is all..."
"Look at me." Helaena said softly
I did as she said, looking at her as she gave me a warm smile, "Helaena..."
"I understand...." She said, "Gods, it pains me to even think about what you are going through...but you made me a promise....to keep me happy....do you truly think that risking your death will keep that promise? I love you...and I do not want to lose you....."
"I know..." I said as I held her waist gently, "I do this for you....I do this for us..."
"I know that." She said, "If you need to do this, do this more calmly....alright?"
I nodded, "Fine...."
"You need some sleep...." She said with a chuckle, "Come, let us go to bed..."
"A good night's sleep will make you feel better."

I walked inside Rhaenyra's room the day after, "Rhaenyra." I said as I stopped in the middle of it, seeing that she was sitting on her bed, "Helaena and I were speaking...."
"What is it?" She asked me with a surprised look on her face
"I...." I said, "I want another child....but Helaena says that she wishes to enjoy my warmth every night in bed before she bears me another one."
"Oh..." She said softly, "I see....."
"Yes. The thing is, when she was bearing Valerion, I was....well, you know...." I said as I rubbed my hair, "Unbearable..."
She looked down and smiled, "I know...."
"Well...." I said, "Valerion and Daella are one thing....well, Valerion is legitimate....so....I think it is appropriate to have another legitimate child...."
"Wait...." she looked at me, "D-Does that mean...."
"You lied to me, Rhaenyra." I told her, "When you named Daella, you spoke to me as if you were not fertile, not anymore....but did you really think I had forgotten what Helaena told me? That you still are....?"
Rhaenyra frowned, "I....I did not lie about the rest...." She said softly, "Baelon...."
"I am sorry." I told her, "For everything. For what happened between us....that is behind us now....I know that....but I still feel that guilt deep down....and I will never stop....but....as my apology.....allow me to do this...."
"Baelon...." She said as she stood up, "D-Do you mean it? I mean....h-having Daella is one thing...but for me to do that...."
I walked over to her slowly, "Helaena wants this." I said, "And...I want it too.....I....am getting anxious...I want my mind off things....the bad things.....Valerion....Daella....they are great distractions...but I want more...I want to balance them out.....you know what I mean...."
She nodded, "Yes." She said as I grabbed her hands, "I understand.....I...I cannot believe Helaena would approve of this...she told me she wanted to give you so many children before I would even be considered....well, it was a jest...but still...."
"Considering that we all share each other's bed sometimes...." I said, "I think she has been.....well, heated up, so to say....and she wants to satisfy me....and for me to satisfy her.....besides, I believe this is what she wanted at first....for the two of you to take turns...her words, not mine."
"That sister of mine...." Rhaenyra chuckled, "She is always full of surprises...."
"She is the reason why our relationship is mended....." I told her, "She made me realize how much of a cunt I was to you."
"I know." She smiled as she looked at me, "I ask you again, Baelon. Are you certain?"
"Yes." I said as I grabbed her by the waist, "Give another child...."
"I want a son..."

"So it has been decided?" Helaena said as I held her from behind, "Rhaenyra will do it?"
We sat on the beach outside the castle, watching the waves hit against the beach while the sun was setting.
I nodded as I kissed her shoulder, "Yes."
"Did you do it in that instance?" She chuckled
"No, love." I said with a smile, "Daella was brought in right after she said yes."
"Hm....." She said, "Why waste time? Go and have her."
"I want you." I said as I kissed her cheek, "You know that."
"Oh, Baelon." She said with a smile, "You know I will be in your bed every night while Rhaenyra bears your child...."
"As you should." I said as I hugged her tightly, "Gods.....I never expected for our lives to turn out this way....but I am satisfied by this...."
"I know....." she said, "I am sorry for anything that has bothered you...."
"No, it is okay." I told her
"My Dream...." She said softly, "I think it is becoming true..."
"I hope so." I said as I rest my chin on her shoulder, "I really do...."
"I...I am sorry, Baelon." She said softly
"What for?" I asked
"My Dream....all of us being happy...." She said as she looked at me, "I just realized that it came at a price....."
