Chapter 341 - Chapter 339 : Person At Front!!

Strangers from beyond the sky?

Jiraiya's curiosity grew deeper, and his doubts about the "Atsukara" organization multiplied.

The Toad Sage, Gamamaru, was said to be able to foresee the future.

But if he hadn't come here, the Toad Sage might not have known even a glimpse of the future regarding the Atsukara organization.

And… it seemed that what the Toad Sage saw was terrifying.

In fact, just that glimpse of the future made even Gamamaru feel fear.

"What are 'strangers from beyond the sky'?" Gamamaru fell silent, pondering Jiraiya's question.

After a long moment, he slowly spoke.

"Do you know about the Sage of the Six Paths from a thousand years ago?"

"I do," Jiraiya nodded.

He wasn't sure why Gamamaru wanted to talk about this, but he knew about the Sage of the Six Paths.

"His mother, Kaguya, was one of those strangers from beyond the sky. She was incredibly powerful. In that battle, she almost destroyed the entire shinobi world alone!"

Gamamaru whispered, his voice heavy with memory.

"If not for the Sage of the Six Paths and his brothers working together to seal her away, the shinobi world would have been finished."

The hall fell quiet after his words.

Jiraiya blinked, then looked at Gamamaru.

"You're not saying that all those 'strangers from beyond the sky' have power like Kaguya, the Sage's mother, are you?"

Though he asked the question, his heart was already racing.

"Yes," Gamamaru nodded gravely.

From that glimpse in the dream, it was a massive battle— one that rivaled the wars from a thousand years ago, and might even be more terrifying than that ancient fight.

Strangers from Beyond the sky

Jiraiya sucked in a sharp breath as he listened to the words.

When the Great Toad Sage spoke like this, it meant those invaders coming into the shinobi world were terrifying.

But now, another question rose in his mind: How did Atsukara know this?

Could it be... that inside Atsukara, there was someone who could predict the future?

The other toads in the hall listened quietly, thinking about whether they should seal off Mount Myoboku.

"What should we do next? Should we stop those people from coming?" Jiraiya asked the Great Toad Sage, his voice heavy with concern.

"No, no, don't try to stop them," the Great Toad Sage replied, falling silent for a moment.

"Little Jiraiya, you should keep doing what you do best. You cannot stop their arrival, nor change it. If anything, you must make yourself stronger!"

"I understand!" Jiraiya nodded solemnly.

The once carefree Jiraiya now felt a heavy stone pressing on his heart.

The shinobi world...

Was it really about to face that great war? And Atsukara—could they stand against those strangers from beyond the sky? What would become of the shinobi world then?

His doubts were piling up like a mountain.

If he ever got the chance to meet Sun Wukong from Atsukara again, he would ask everything clearly.

"Everyone, leave now. This old toad is tired!" After explaining the prophecy, the Great Toad Sage leaned back wearily in his chair and started sending people away.

Others began to leave one by one. Jiraiya wanted to ask more questions, but seeing the sage's exhausted state, he held back and quietly exited the hall.

The Sage, in his current form, didn't say anything further. He quietly left the great hall.

At this moment,

Only Great Toad Sage Gamamaru remained in the hall, accompanied by the two elder toads, Fukasaku and Shima, who served him closely.

"I'm going to sleep now!" Great Toad Sage Gamamaru said to his two attendants, then closed his eyes again.

But Fukasaku and Shima's expressions were very serious.

They knew Great Toad Sage Gamamaru wasn't just going to sleep—he wanted to enter the dream world again, to see the future's outcome.

This was a heavy burden for Great Toad Sage Gamamaru. Unless absolutely necessary, they didn't want him to enter the dream again.

But this time, it might concern the future of the entire ninja world.

In the dream, Great Toad Sage Gamamaru saw the scene again—like a living hell.

The terrifying explosion had flattened the surrounding land.

A giant tree shot up into the sky, almost covering the sky.

In the vast forest of bones, two people seemed trapped.

A huge six-pointed star formation appeared to be holding some ritual.

An invader crawled on all fours within a certain area, and a massive mustache-like figure stood firm inside.

And there was black flame covering the sky.

At the very front of these figures stood a towering figure, standing amidst the black flames, facing an even more terrifying presence.

Great Toad Sage Gamamaru tried desperately to see this person's face—who exactly was it?

But all he could see was a frozen image. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't make out the face of the tall figure in the black flames.

Suddenly,

The frozen image seemed to move. No—actually, the tall figure at the front moved.

It seemed to sense someone was watching and slowly turned around.

Looking up toward the sky, it locked eyes through space and time with Great Toad Sage Gamamaru, who watched from the dream.

Even so,

A chill ran through Great Toad Sage Gamamaru's heart.

An endless terror quietly arose.

It seemed that even across time and space, that towering figure could easily crush him.

In the spreading black flames, he still couldn't clearly see the person's face. But those special eyes—those were Dual Pupils!

What a unique pair of eyes!

He wanted to keep trying to see who the owner of those eyes was. His mind wished to continue wandering through the future scenes, but suddenly, it felt resistance.

Even in a dream, under the gaze of those eyes, he couldn't do anything!

What was this?

"Who are you?" Gamamaru wondered, wanting to ask aloud.

But then he smiled. They were locked in a stare that crossed time and space. Even if he spoke, the other person couldn't hear him.

"Go back."

However, the tall figure seemed to hear him and murmured softly, "I am here. You don't need to worry. Don't do anything, and don't change anything."

That soft voice entered Gamamaru's mind clearly, making his heart buzz!

Crossing time and space—this person could speak.

How powerful must they be?

In the ninja world,

When did such a strong being suddenly appear?

Their power must have surpassed even the Sage of Six Paths—no, they had clearly surpassed him.

At that moment, Gamamaru's eyes suddenly snapped open, and he sat up.

"Dual Pupils... that person has Dual Pupils!"

"Sage, what's wrong?" Fukasaku jumped over, looking at Jiraiya respectfully and asking softly, "Did you have a vision again?"

Seeing the Sage's current expression, Fukasaku felt an ominous feeling deep inside. The ninja world... it seemed like the world was about to change.

Gamamaru wiped the faint cold sweat from his forehead, still shaken from the dream experience, and whispered quietly,

"The one who walks in front... has Dual Pupils."
