"Get some rest," he murmured, his voice rough with restraint.
Tang Fei blinked up at him in confusion, her lips still swollen from his kisses. "You aren't eating anymore?"
As much as he hungered for her, and he did, with an intensity that burned through his veins like wildfire, he had thoroughly exploited her body last night. He was certain she was still sore, still tender in places that made walking uncomfortable.
"Aren't you still sore?" he whispered gently, his eyes already closing as exhaustion finally caught up with him.
Just like that, he fell asleep.
